1) phone was not working
2) when i checked out in the morning and due to my flight was in the evening i requested them for use the toilet but not allowed said keys were stolen. 3) coin machine was not properly working i lost money in it after long argument they given money

The hotel is very close to frankfurt rail station. Rooms are decent. Staff is supportive. Would recommend for safe, pleasant stay.

Near the station. Very good location. Rooms are small but better for short stays. If you have early train from frankfurt this would be a perfect choice.

Again this place is one which i always look for when i am in frankfurt. Total value for money with the main station is across the road. Neat & clean with basic amenities. You can ask for more

Nice location. Near to frankfurt (main) hauptbahnhof. Spacious room. Clean toilets. Polite staff. Good budget hotel for business stay.
Very nice Hotel. Room is not that spacious but it's well cleaned. Best part it's 500 meter from Frankfurt main Train Station and there is ample amount food joints near by. Location is superb easy access to everything.

Missed hot drinks like coffee, tea etc and hot kettle

If breakfast to be added in business class stay, it would be good. Best was on the house refreshment in the freezer, but missed hot drinks like coffee, tea etc and hot kettle too. Best hotel for business purpose walking distance from DB Station and in the center of City.

Staff is not courteous. The lady at the front desk was rude. She deducted some amount from my card without informing me.

In one word excellent. It is located in a busy market place. All around are shopping places. Good eating places also are present the hotel provide good breakfast. Metro station is very near public transport vehicles including cabs are readily available.
