Walking distance from the train station, and situated in the middle of the town center. Great breakfast and the restaurant offers great food with big portions and very reasonable prices. I would stay there again.

We were not impressed with the breakfast, we went in for breakfast at 9 am, one hour before it ended, and they were already out of croissants.

lacey.partnerOct 18, 2024 Excellent hotel right in the middle of town. Super walkable and offered a delicious breakfast. The room was quiet and comfortable. No elevator for our luggage, but we survived. Great shower and comfortable bed was all we really needed. The staff was awesome as well, very accommodating and allowed us to park at the hotel early and leave the car a little longer than our reservation so we could enjoy the town. Very friendly and helpful. Overall excellent stay.

We liked the quaint homey feeling of the hotel. They gave us free bus tickets to get to the castles and that was very convenient as well. The only downside was all the noise in the morning from cleaning machines on the road outside of the hotel.

anthony.partnerSep 29, 2024 Great location. Walking distance from many shops, restaurants, and train station. Easy to access bus to neuschwanstein castle. Beautiful rooms with comfy beds. We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff surprised us with a welcome gift which was very thoughtful! Ludwig’s restaurant is also delicious.

patta.partnerSep 23, 2024 Great town for those who want to visit Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles. This hotel has 4 floors but no lift. So be prepared to drag your luggages up the stairs. The staff willing to help you though. Limited car parking space. For E cars there is AC plug that you have to provide it yourself. Great area for shopping and eat in the old town.

The location is excellent in the centre of the old town. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is tasty too.
Great little place right in the middle of the old town. Lack of elevator was a bit of a bummer but otherwise it was a great stay.
