Hotel is good. S
room service good. Room size ok. Only its far away from tsim sa sui. My advise is hotel should must add indian food jain veg. Food in the menu. Rest is ok.

The hotel is pretty far from city centre but their shuttle services are a savior. Also the station connects right inside the hotel so it makes makes travel-ling super easy.

The room was big and spacious. The best part is the access to the mtr station. The room also had a one time minibar consumption free and also came with a universal plug socket.

The hotel stay was great, with helpful staff. The concierge folks were really helpful and made life much easier. The food and rooms were also nice. The location is not so ideal for tourism. Thanks to MTR, which is essentially at the hotel doorstep we did not face much difficulties.

The rooms are rather spacious. The view from the room is quite nice. We were given higher floors. The staff was quite courteous.

The hotel was very far from the center of the city. There was a lot of travel involved getting to the center as we were with family. We had to change 2 metros to reach Tsim Tsam Tsui it was very tiring and on a holiday we were not in for running around from one end to another. If location is not a problem for the travelers then this hotel is great.

We had a stay of 4 nights at Crowne Plaza Kowloon East. We got a very good deal. In 4 star cost we got 5 star. The hotel is away from main city, it takes almost 1 hour from airport to reach. This hotel is connected to the MTR station and mall. Ambience of the hotel is very good. We got a room on 29th floor. Room was very good and clean. Excellent service by hotel staff. No Indian food option in hotel or nearby.

We reached the hotel at 11.30am and were informed that room was not ready and we had to wait for 45 minutes. As the lobby was very small and compact and the seats were full so we did not have any option but to spend the time in the adjoining Popcorn mall for 45 minutes. Rooms sizes and cleanliness is okay. View from the 38th floor is nice. The only downside is the location as it is far from the main hustle bustle of Hong Kong and far from the airport. MTR is close which is in the adjoining Popcorn mall.

Exceptionally clean hotel. The hotel staff was extremely courteous, helpful and accommodating. The location of the hotel in terms of proximity to the MTR station is quite good. Food could have better value of money. Some of the dishes looked overpriced.

Good room, location bit far but with metro and mall no issues. Nice clean property recommended for families. Value for money spent 2 nights. Bathroom clean and nice view. Overall a good experience. Did not try food as nearby shopping places are good.

Room was very clean and big enough. Value for money we spend 5 nights we feel happy. Bathroom was very clean and nice. Well decorated room with all facilities. Restaurant were also nice. Specially location is excellent. Near hotel many shopping centre.

Everything was excellent. Rooms were so big and clean with all amenities as well as bathroom was very clean and decorated. Hotel lobby was also good. Just hotel should provide free WiFi as they charge so much. Other than WiFi everything was very good.
