Amazing property in central ubud with very nice ambience and big classy rooms. Buffet breakfast spread is also good with good live counter options even for vegetarians. Staff is also very cooperative

Average room, average in hotel staff behaviour with average food

Room structure was very unusual. Bathroom had big empty. space for bath tub but no 🛀 was provided in the room. Food was average but mostly it will be beef items and not chicken. Staff behaviour seemed a bit biased towards Indian nationals.

It was great exerpence, room was huge in size and very neat and clean, balcony also very specious with pool view. Staff very friendly and polite, dala spa also amzimg.

Rooms were very spacious and beautiful. Complimentary photo shoot was good experience. Everything was good but not worth the money. Breakfast could have been better with more options.

We had taken the option of buffet breakfast. There was no vega nor vegetarian options available. The the star isn't even trained to make anything that doesn't have egg or meat in it. Terrible food bad start of day
