The property itself was big. The rooms were quite good. The swimming pools were good. We also had access to their other property which was just beside the main building and it was good for kids as it was a family resort. It had watersports just on its beach. There were 2 to 3 tour agents and can bargain for good price. The hotel also had water sports facilities. For breakfast they had a huge variety of food. Upon noodles soup, chinese dim sums, indian dosas, indonesian cuisine, european cuisine pastries, fruits, fruits juices etc. Etc. There were very few restaurants outside the hotel as it was quite area. But i enjoyed staying there.

Very good resort nice location neat clean rooms. Food was delicious. Huge area facing sea. Indian food was delicious.

Felt a little over crowded. You couldn’t find a place near pool at normal hours. Wife experienced infection after taking bath in the pool. The breakfast was okay, but the pool side restaurant was terrible

Excellent property with beautiful own beach at the back for relaxation….truly enjoyed our stay…only thing to improve is that they should keep changing options for Indian breakfast….i had to eat Dosa everyday as other options were like lunch menu

Excellent ambience, external facilities, beach approach, pool etc. Room interior need to be upgraded to match the external outlook. Courteous staff and wide range of food.

Enjoyed the stay. Hospitality, staff behaviour was good in grneral. There was a small water park in the adjoining family paradise resort of the same hotel. Though it had some irregular timings, it closed before time and opened late. It had indian as well as different vegetarian options. Beach along side the property was an added attraction with options for water sports and beach toys for kids. Ocean view was great from the room and evening entertainment looked great. Overall enjoyable experience

At morning breakfast in a loo sabji there was small cockroach in it. I showed it to you chef then and there. They offered me complimentary dinner at their indian restaurant, i went there but again i got disappointed with the taste of the food. The next morning it started raining and the roof of the hotel started leaking and we were not able to use washroom as well.

Good stay but treat this as a 3 star resort not 5

Pros 1. The property location is great 2. Great access to beach 3. Buffet breakfast was excellent cons 1. Property not well maintained 2. Staff response is very slow 3. You cannot order any liquid (juice, beer, etc) in the room service as they don't serve liquid in the room. Very very poor 4. In room dining has literally no options to choose from. Below average 5. Not at all a 5 star experience. They were just like any other 3 star resorts ( in fact i have been to better 3 star hotels as well) 6. Overpriced at everything

The stay at grand mirage resort was awsome. We stayed in premier ocean view room. The view of ocean from room was as expected. Food was great and stay was comfortable. Awesome infinity pool overlooking ocean. Private beach was clean. I would re-comment this hotel to all couples and family

The resort is excellent. The refurbished ocean view rooms was very nice & comfortable. They have 7 restaurants serving delicious food. The buffet breakfast has a very elaborate spread. View from our room. Awesome

Few indian food does not have taste like-sewian upma, manchurian. These were less cooked. No indian bread.

The hotel is good, but a bit run down, room is still good, wonderful view from my room 4452. I had specifically asked for a large bed room, i was given that but joining two twin beds( felt cheated, i dint compromised the payment. Isnt it), the bath room flush was super hard, one sharp clever under the washbasin which was always hurting, the people overall were so humble and full of hospitality. The hotel was very neat and welcoming though. They had excellent breakfast spread, with world cuisine and great quality. I was a bit let down on indian food, this was very far from reality, we also tried the indian restaurant. I really loved the idea of indian restaurant, but the experience was not good. The best experience was at the pool side with 3 pools and the beach side is maintained very good. We enjoyed it thoroughly
