    Hotel didn't even book the room, i had to take another room again paying money at the hotel. Worst experience ever.

    I had booked room for 20th through your portal but my booking was not confirmed by my hotel i spent money n din get room also and all the makdy trip customer service number are waste so kindly improve your service

    I booked hotel room in bali through make my trip on 20 th august i got confirmation from mmt wd booking i'd and pnr numb but hotel people did not confirm my booking so i din get room and my money also gone and tried reaching customer service number but it was waste not even number is answered and some are wrong numbers kindly improve your service

    When i went to the hotel for check in, they refused to do that. They asked for extra money and finally didn't allow us to enter the room. How can mm t support this kind of hotel!
