Stay: good, but very compact. Balcony or something would have been ideal. Food: average. Can have few more options. All indonesian food options in bf were fried. Service: decent. They heard our request for change of room. Overall: average experience. Was expecting more from this 4 star property

There was constant noise coming from above had to daily remind them i think some construction was going on. The cleaning was terrible. I don’t think they cleaned the room even once

Beautiful hotel with all amenities. Awesome experience. Stayed put for two nights there. Hotel staff is extremely cordial and helpful. Enjoyed swimming pool and spa at the hotel. Scooty and cab services there with the hotel if you want to explore the city. They will even give u packed breakfast on demand if you are checking out early. Only one suggestion - should have more vegetarian dishes in breakfast.

Ants in room

The room had ants. It went in our luggage. It was very unpleasant. They did not refill the toiletries. We always had to ask for it. The staff was good though. People were nice

The hotel is 4 star but the quality rooms, food, elevator, restaurant premises, the behavior of reception is below average. All 6days they served same food. No veg options. I don't recommend for veg people. Airport is nearer but all tourist places are far away

My stay in royal rehantris, kuta was really pleasant. Food was tasty and delicious at the hotel. The surrounding was so happening as you get all the shops nearby just walkable distance, including from super mart to pubs and even nice malls. Overall the experience was quit good, i will recommend this place who are planning to visit kuta.

It's in kuta very close to kuta market. Its only 5 min walk to kuta beach. Hotel service is really very good. Staff is cooperative. Not much options for vegetarian in breakfast buffet. I extended my check out time for 6 hours in 20 aud.

The hotel was overall fine. It was near to the beach and there were restaurants around. We had got one of the rooms that was all the way to the back due to which we faced issues with the wifi. It was working outside in the lobby but got disconnected the moment we entered our room. We had got an old room, there were some repairs that the room needed but it did not bother us as most of the time we were out. Adding breakfast in our booking was not worth it, you can get better options for eating outside. Rooftop pool was good but there was a foul smell around it. Staff was nice.

Rooms are okay but bathrooms can be maintained better. Food is average. Near to beach. Location wise its good. You can stay here. Overall good experience.
