I got this hotel less amount so it was not a great hotel but looking at the amount I paid it seemed good. Have buffet in breakfast as well. Though they can improve room service.

Ac wasn't working properly

This Hotel is located in a very busy street and very near to Kuta Beach. It is noisy outside. Ac wasn't cooling enough, we were shifted to another room and there was same problem.

A great value for money

The room was clean, service was great. A rooftop swimming pool was a centre of attraction with a bar attached to it. Breakfast was awesome with a lot of varieties.

Stayed here for 4 nights. The staff here is very friendly and warm. Only downside is the rooms are too old. Perfect if you want to roam around during the day and just crash at night. Service is great!

Location was quite good but disturbing as well due to constant traffic. Food was fine but don't have many references if you are a vegetarian. Stay was also fine. For an electrical adapter, they asked the security amount.
Bathroom stinks little bit other than that everything is good

Tusita loots it's cons towers for petty reasons

We stayed in taste only for a day. They charged us for laundry of bed linen which was supposed to be included in the room cost. Entire experience was pretty harsh and we wanna make other travelers aware that while booking room in Tusita hotel. Kuta Denpasar they should think twice as they offer attractive price at start an then cheat by adding extra cost. They charged us for the laundry without a proper reason for it.
