Risata Bali Resort & spa

It's a very beautiful Resort. I had booked Superior room for us through makemytrip for 3 pax, two and half months prior to check in however when I was doing my check in I was told by reception to pay 200 dollar as a guarantee for third person which will be returned to us next day. Due to some technical issue, their system was showing booking only for 2 pax though I showed them the booking confirmation copy for 3 pax after waiting for 20-25 mins they got the confirmation from their E-Commerce Team and then they did all the formalities without guarantee money. In entire process their Guest Relationship Executive was very apologetic and prompt in follow up with concern team to get the issue resolved. Staff is friendly and courteous. They serve Indian Cuisine in their Restaurant. Liked the breakfast buffet. They have good spread of breakfast menu. They serve lot of vegetarian options in breakfast which was a surprising and pleasing factor since I am a vegetarian. We had a great stay at Hotel Risata Bali Resort and Spa. I will recommend this property to everyone.

Our stay at risata bali resorts and spa was memorable. The Risata Bali Resort & spa is centrally located, near the beach and various vegetarian restaurant, including only vegetarian kailash parbat. Risata is beautifully decorated with live plants, has a swimming pool and great decor. It is also 2 km away from the bali airport. We included breakfast in our stay and breakfast for vegetarian guests was only bread and cornflakes. Two dishes called vegetarian were cooked and placed along with non-veg. They have a restaurant annapoorna, but looks that is not able to attract guest either because indian cook is not available or vice versa. Overall pleasant stay with courteous and helpful staff.

We were welcomed by the staff very well and in less than 5 minutes we already checked in. Company booking was great. They had all our records. We were given welcome drink which was ginger mango and it was great. When we were escorted to our room we felt we were walking in the woods which was so calm and serene. The swimming pool was great. The complimentary breakfast had all the menu varieties and we we're personally guided to the delicacies. Just one thing though. When we were checking out no one helped us to load our luggage ink our car and all of them were just watching. They just cater to europeans for this service which I feel is discrimination. Rest everything was fine.

We booked the resort for 4 nights. We are extremely delighted with the stay. Location is very close to the airport, just 5 minutes by cab. Lots of local shops and restaurants nearby. Best part of the resort was the hearty breakfast. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, we just felt like home. The Risata Bali Resort & spa had the best facilities like a beautiful swimming pool, clean rooms. We stayed in a beautiful cottage, it was truly peaceful. The resort is a great value for money. It's like a hidden gem. Thank you MakeMyTrip for this. I wish next time I come with family, I stay here again.

Located centrally in Kuta with close proximity to legion, Seminayak and depanser. Lot of restaurants and pubs around with distance from beach & Lippo mall hardly 200 mt. Hotel staff is friendly. Little problem for Vegetarians still better than lot others!! Big pool and nice ambiance with good and reasonable spa. We booked on time and got a good deal with no hopes of Risata Bali Resort & spa being so good! Closer to airport as well with all bikes/ car renting outside the Risata Bali Resort & spa along with a supermarket just opposite to the Risata Bali Resort & spa.

We stayed in Indonesia for 15 days, and we spent the last day at Risata Bali. We were extremely tired after a lot of traveling around Yogyakarta and Nusa Penida and Ubud, so we had decided to relax at some nice Risata Bali Resort & spa. The ambiance of the Risata Bali Resort & spa was amazing. Nice greenery and lovely pool added the beauty to the already beautiful building. The best part was the breakfast at the Risata Bali Resort & spa. Superb spread of lots of varieties of vegetables and fruits and vegetarian dishes. The staff was extremely polite.

Location is good in terms of connectivity. Swimming pool is a good one. Breakfast spread was not bad if not very interesting. Overall a good resort. Rooms are of decent size. I would not call it as a baby friendly resort. I had carried pressure cooker and all the ingredients required to make a baby food, all the way with me and when requested the chef just to put the cooker on gas, they were charging us huge amount of money. This gesture was not appreciated. Nobody asks money for cooking baby food.

Nice property. Location is super. Mini mart is right opposite to the Risata Bali Resort & spa gate which made the stay so much easy. Pool is good. Restaurant is good but Indian food is not really Indian. Highly not recommended for Indian food. Lots of Indian food joints nearby for that and even the best malls. They had a musical evening by a local singer who sung hindi songs which was amazing experience. Spa is nice and rates are reasonable for the property. Overall a happy experience.

The Risata Bali Resort & spa and resort is easily accessible and excellent choice for families. The breakfast food is above average and indian varieties change everyday (two indian dishes per day. The location is prime and in walking distance you have 5-6 indian restaurants which you can easily access within 5 mins. Great stay for family and friends. Not to forget they have a great pool.

Makemytrip Spoilt our experience. MMT if you want to improve your service on this resort kindly check my email conversations I had after the booking. When I booked for superior room I confirmed by mail and phone that I require a queen sized double bed but when I went to Bali to my shock was allot ed two single beds in each room. I was told they received no communication from Makemytrip

Excellent Place for the price. Nice pool. Decent breakfast. Very helpful staff. Only down side was we were charged for asking an empty plate in our room. Never seen such a charge in any Risata Bali Resort & spa travelled world over. Good breakfast spread. Little away from the Kuta Beach, but a nice uncrowded beach front @ Just 10 mins walk. Good local food restaurants nearby.

Nice place . Rooms are very clean and Risata Bali Resort & spa location is too good. Food is good for vegetarians. Service is good . All staff is very helpful. We must say nice place to stay. We have booked super luxury room which is just like private villa. We enjoyed a lot our stay . Will come soon again. Breakfast corner having lots of varieties . Swimming pool is nice

Very good I had a very good time in this Risata Bali Resort & spa in Bali. I would like to share with other very good experience I have in it. I would like to share the same experience with my colleague friend and another person.

Excellent rooms are fine maintain well garden Travel desk was helpful one can book it with economical stay with experience of resort. Spa and massage treatment was also fine and economical compare to others.

Location was superb close to beach. Well maintain greenery in the Risata Bali Resort & spa which makes it look more beautiful ... Breakfast was good ... Fantastic friendly staff ... Free WiFi .. Over all a very nice stay forthe whole family ... Highly recommended

Very good experience, best breakfast, good property for leisure, near by market is good, kuta beach is near, you can get bike on rent, spa is awesome, we had honeymoon trip we were given enough privacy, rooms are spacious & Garden view is nice

Nice Risata Bali Resort & spa to stay in kuta, bali. Accommodation is good. Room service is good. Indian restaurant is available at the Risata Bali Resort & spa. Food available at the Risata Bali Resort & spa is fine. Nearest to the airport. Bike rentals also available outside the Risata Bali Resort & spa.

Hotel is located in quite area near Kuta, walking distance to nearby restaurants, malls, supermarket. Breakfast has few Indian vegetarian options as well. Gardens are good and well maintained. Pool was also good and maintained. Room has all basic amenities and overall good stay.

I had a awesome experience in risata. Mst visit resort. Staff were friendly. Service was awesome and above that close to beach and airport. They serve buffet bf which Indian menu also. The lock is beautiful.

Good location, very close to the airport. We did not have food here. Hygiene and safety standards were top notch. Rooms were clean and cleaned everyday, the property is very calming.

Excellent location as it is very near to airport, beach and stores. We being indians got excellent vegetarian food. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. The entire resort is very well maintained with all amenities

Staff is good .. Room service is quick .. Spa was excellent though little costly compared to roadside shops. Breakfast was good with options for Indian snacks. Nice terrace .. Value for money. Recommend for long or short stays.
