The sultan hotel and residence jakarta is the perfect stay for anyone as its really big place with restaurants and bar, swimming pool, lawn tennis courts, jogging track, spa and many more to refresh you during your stay. The room was highly clean, hygiene with all the amenities. It has a wonderful view as i got the room at 15th floor.

This property is quite old, limited vegetarian food options. Staff is courteous. Was upgraded to suite room as air conditioner and safety box was not working properly in the room allocated to me earlier. Value for money otherwise.

Overall perfect stay, location is beautiful, rooms are very spacious, bathroom are very neat and clean. Highly recommend. Best hotel in Jakarta, have good rooms with spacious bathrooms. Great hospitality, delicious food.

Water or Tea must b provided complementary on daily basis. No newspaper, staff was worst in talking and irresponsive. Due to these I may not like to stay next time.

They closed the spa because if Ramadan. It's a five star property and necessary alternative arrangements should be done. During my stay of 3 days. The spa was closed for 2 days. Free pick up and drop from/at the airport must be provided.
