george.partnerJun 09, 2023 It may be that they're still trying to gear up after covid. Room was good. Restaurant was not open for dinner. People were sent across the street to the BierGarten. Air conditioning did not work. No beverage service (coffee) in the rooms ... Schade....
we arrived at 5pm on a sunday and the hotel was completely shut. No way to get in. No one answered the bell. A couple sitting outside said that the only person there was an old lady who was hard of hearing and used a walker so that we should be patient. We waited 20 minutes and then decided that a hotel that was not open when guests were expected was not up to par. the grounds were barely kept and the location was not as advertised.

Great experience. We had both dinner and breakfast is the hotel. Both were fantastic. The staff is friendly and helpful.
lovely property and interesting location.room decor excellent and tasteful
if one gets over a 4 star rating and looks at it as a 3 then it is a decent 3 with a mixture of old and new mixed together including staff who was excellent and staff who was the opposite. For non own transportation the bus runs once an hour.
Finally, nice fat pillows!
Great comfy bed with real pillows. Free underground parking, good because it was raining when we got there. OK breakfast. Very nice "breakfast lady"!! Refrigerator in room. Only complaint is that we were over the restaurant and smokers stood around under our balcony.
Very good choice for those who have a car and want free parking not far from Bolzano. Good breakfast. Charming flowers on your room balcony.
The air condition in the room didn't work. Not quite late was no one available to complaint. No restaurant, (4 starts should have food ). No chance to buy water at night and because I have water in the car I decide to get one, door was lock and no possibility to leave...

A great place in Bolzano!
The hotel was set outside of town - good thing because Bolzano would not be an easy place to drive around. The staff was very, very friendly. On location, there was a public bus stop right outside of the hotel. The bus ran every 25 - 30 minutes and it was about a 20 minute ride into town. Fantastic to be able to leave the car and not negotiate the traffic we later saw in Bolzano. After we returned, we ate dinner at the hotel - the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this to anyone going to Bolzano, Italy.
An overnight stay in Bolzano. Hotel is conveniently located with easy access from autostrada, but few miles from the city center. The restaurant was closed, breakfast was OK, 4* rating exaggerated by US standards.
Good hotel to stay. Good breakfast. Stayed there before and again will do so. Very delicious and fresh apple. A big basket of fresh apple for 5 euro.
convenient overnight stop
My family and I stayed at Gardenhotel Premstaller for one night in January 2013. It was a convenient overnight stop between Livigno and Sappada. The hotel was comfortable, breakfast the following morning was good and the views from the rooms were great. I would certainly stay here again.

Piacevole soggiorno. Stanza semplice, comoda, pulita, molto silenziosa nonostante la vicinanza del treno che praticamente si sente poco anche mentre passa, anche con le finestre aperte. Panorama mozzafiato vista vigneti, castello e montagne. Poca varietà a colazione rispetto altri hotel. Personale gentile e disponibile, struttura quasi vuota nonostante il periodo.
Das Zimmer war einfach und kalt, Zusatzkissen Decken, Utensilien nichts vorhanden, der Schrank war leer, Balkon 1 Stuhl für zwei, Frühstücks(büffet) war sehr klein und wenig Auswahl. Restaurant geschlossen. Für den Preis überteuert, werden nicht mehr das buchen.
Familiäres Hotel in perfekter Lage
Das große Hotel ist wunderschön zwischen Apfelplantagen gelegen - mit Blick auf den Schlern und Schloss Sigmundskorn. Innen ist alles mit Geschmack renoviert - Zimmer mit Balkonen - richtig zum Wohlfühlen. Bei dem reichhaltigen Frühstücksbuffet waren die hausgemachten Kuchen der Hit! Leider war - wohl wegen Corona - das Hotel geschlossen und der Wellnessbereich nur auf Anfrage geöffnet.
