    Hot not coming in bathroom at 9. 00-9. 30 am in morning. Reception person very uncooperative. We had stayed for 2 nights

    The b&b hotel is nice. Breakfast is good. The lobby and cafe space is nice. But the room was very small. Bathroom too.

    Good hotel in a convenient location walking distance from milano centrale. But lacks basic facilities like in tea coffee in room which is essential while traveling. Room quality maintenance standards needs improvement. Deficiencies could be managed with better personalized service
