    It was a comfortable and warm stay. Breakfast spread was also good. Property was clean and services were also top notch.

    Staff behavior was exceptionally good. Food - I can say that I had 5 meals which included 3 breakfasts and 1 lunch and 1 dinner - breakfast were okay and really okay and nothing above that, lunch was pathetic and dinner was awesome. So, that would make my experience on food just average apart from 1 meal I did not get anything above satisfactory. The travel adaptor hotel had only charged a mobile and not the laptop charger which was a pain for the whole trip. A basic travel adaptor is what this hotel needs. Location is poor even if you are there on business and want to visit Rho Fiera Milano. The reason being Milan is a city in which you would want to go the city centre at some point which makes the location of this hotel really really bad. Let me tell you one more thing the outside of a hotel is as empty as a national highway at 3 am in the morning. So you can guess all points of the location there.
