We stayed here for 5 days. The room was clean, bathroom was spotless, bed comfortable and breakfast tasty. We found the location to be excellent for us, and there multiple restaurants that we enjoyed within 5 minutes walk. Like others have said, this is more a B&B than a hotel. Not a bad thing, but not a traditional hotel. It's located on the 2nd floor of an old house that also contains apartments and business. This would be perfect for 3 days, but we missed a bar, a lounge to sit and read, and a gym that a "hotel" offers.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! The manager, Nelson was so wonderful, from arranging transport to the hotel to meeting us at the door, providing a delicious breakfast and going out of his way to make us feel comfortable.
Would definitely stay there again.

Small, Intimate accommodations
Loved this hotel which they refer to as their house. It appears as a building and their 9-12 rooms are located on the 3rd floor. At one time it occupied all the family members on different floors. Nelson greeted us and was charming. He explained everything we needed to know. Extremely helpful. He also cooks the breakfast which was exceptional. A beautiful spread. It's convenient to The Spanish Steps, Trevi fountain, and Borghese Museum. This is not your typical hotel with a manned reception desk, lobby, etc. Its simple and sweet
The hotel has great character with antiques and old fashioned lift. Nice touches with free snacks, coffee machine and good breakfast (Nelson who is the host cares and is a good cook). The drains did however smell which was unpleasant and overall expensive. Great location though.

andrea.familyOct 12, 2024 Let me begin by saying that Nelson is wonderful! He made our stay extra special and he was so helpful! We enjoyed this hotel very much! It's unique and not a chain-type hotel. It has a lot of character! We loved the coffee maker in our room AND the free coffee available all the time in the breakfast area! First place in Italy that offered either of these! And, the snacks that are always available! The room is very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed. We really enjoyed the restaurants in the area, away from the throngs of tourist places. Super quick walk to Borghese Gardens which we did often. Nelson got us a cab to the airport on our departure which we had booked the day before. The hotel has no visible outside name so it's a bit tricky to find. And the elevator, an old style, added to the hotel's charm. We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you for a wonderful 4 night stay (October 2024).

michael.partnerOct 08, 2024 While the hotel was nice and the staff extremely friendly and helpful, I thought the images and description of the hotel was misleading. The hotel is actually located on the 3rd Floor of a building with several other tenants. The images made it look like there was a grand Lobby sheathed in marble with arches and marble columns. There is even an image with a car parked in what appears to be a forecourt but is actually the narrow street that passes in front of the gated building Lobby. Most of the room images also show balconies, but our room did not have one. We enjoyed our time here, but did not feel we got what we expected.
Wonderful hotel, location, top shelf amenities, staff, extra curricular activities offered (farm tour including homemade dinner, etc.). Not recommended for young children.
would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again next time in Rome.

Wonderful hospitality on arrival, quick check in and showed me around to the dining area which offered complimentary cakes, sweets and drinks and where I’ll be having my breakfast, then to my cute single room for the night had everything I needed, a comfortable bed and hot shower.
