It was excellent hotel, neat clean with all facilities near to metro also, very friendly staff and even breakfast was very go-id

the lady in reception who checked us in is not so welcoming at all. no greetings no smile. we reached 1:30 pm she said check in at 2pm so we came back after 2. upon check in she said check out at 10 am. i know when i booked check out at 11 am so i did not follow her on what she said. we had one key card though we r two guest, following day i forgot to take out key inside room so i came in reception, exactly same lady again. she said she will send someone to open with a smirked on her face 😂 i cannot believe they cant even spare another key on this matter. what we could expect, even an extra bottle of water in a day is not possible. not so welcoming staff. room is clean and spacious. but no separate shampoo and conditioner, so bring ur own, otherwise use the 3 in 1 (not coffee😂) shampoo conditioner and body wash in one bottle

The Hotel stuff was average, not friendly. Breakfast was average, not much variety. Room was good.

Comfortable stay

Super market at a walking distance. Large, clean room. Toilet clean. Bathing space somewhat tight. Metro station 10 min. walk. Bus no. 310 to and from Roma termini (main station) very nearby. Good breakfast. Nice staff.

Hotel location and cleanliness is good but breakfast is average.
It's a nice clean hotel, located centrally just 1.9 km from Roma termini (bus 310) directly from the hotel to Roma termini. Nearest metro is walking distance. Staff is very nice. Breakfast has a lot of variety. Overall a very nice stay.

Room-very clean
Location-very approachable
Facilities - well equipped with basic facilities including Rome map etc
The staff also guided us with city attractions and provided maps .. Also staff accommodated us for our early check in to the hotel .. Also the vicinity of the hotel looks very happening and we managed to locate good restaurants around the hotel. Hotel rooms are spacious too and bathroom is large and clean.
The hotel is very neat and tidy. It has a good breakfast spread in the morning. The location is a bit far from the center. Even the closest metro station was 12 mins walk. Yes the bus station was close by but the vending machine to buy the bus tickets didn't work near that bus station and you can't buy tickets onboard the bus in Rome like other cities.

The hotel is located at walking distance from tram and metro stations. Cleanliness of rooms and common areas is very good. Breakfast spread is also pretty impressive. They also provide baggage deposit without additional charge, which is great. Overall a very good stay and great value for money.

This hotel is located 10 min from Metro station on blue line called porticlinico in university area around Rome terminal station. The staff is more than helpful, very kind, tourist friendly and will go beyond way to help your needs. For example, I was moved when they gave me milk for tea in my room, since coffee creamers do not blend with tea. They also kept my laptop and passport for half day after I checked out. Unlike other European hotels, they have complimentary water provided, even at reception. That's Indian! The rooms have sit out, soft bed, comfortable seating desk; speedy wi fi and linen and toiletries are of good quality. Great deal!
