Excellent location. The person that did the breakfast and cleaned your room is excellent. The room had everything you need. Our only problem was the water, it went out while we were in the shower then the next day while washing hands. The water was out for 5 minutes. The young lady at the desk had no reason why.

I ruined my tire in the next town over and had to get my rental car towed. The hotel sent a car to come get us. It was the owner of the hotel, Nello. That's 5 star service at B&B pricing. The hotel is in the heart of centro with dozens of shops and restaurants. It is 7 minutes from the train and bus station. Sorrento can be your base for Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. A great town.

Exact room i expected. Beautiful room with all the wonderful amenities. The bathroom has a jetted tub and a glass enclosed shower! This property is an excellent location, on a small alley just off the main tourist shopping boulevard. It's convenient to everything and only about a 10 minute walk to the train station--an easy walk as well. The quiet location is such a bonus!
Breakfast is delightful, fresh prepared eggs upon request. An espresso/hot beverage machine is available all the time.
verified t.familyDec 06, 2019 We visited Sorrento July 19-21 the location of the hotel was perfect. It is near wonderful restaurants and shops. Easy to walk to the beach or train station (10 minute walk). The hotel was really beautiful and clean. There was beautiful tiling in both the room and bathrooms. We had two rooms to accommodate 5 of us and both rooms were really nice. The customer service was exceptional, kind, helpful, and friendly from the gal we met when we arrived, to the gal who made the breakfast, and the owner. The breakfast is very good with variety, and I loved their coffee as well. They had an ice maker, so ice was readily available and the coffee machine made delicious cappuccinos and lattes. A young gentleman named Nello helped us find a taxi for a good price to go to Amalfi and took the time to walk us to the area where we would find our driver. The day we left the hotel we planned to walk to the the train station and so we didn't have to carry our heavy bags Nello packed his car with our luggage and met us there. Little did I know he was the owner of the hotel. While in Italy to different parts of Italy we stayed in a total of 5 hotels and Pallzzo dell Grazie was our favorite one. I would recommend anyone visiting Sorrento to stay the night at Palazzo delle Grazie. If we ever get the chance to return, this hotel would be my number 1 choice.
