Wonderful hotel in Venice near Santa Lucia station

We stayed here for 2 nights and the hotel did not disappoint me in any aspect. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Hotels right opposite the Santa Lucia train station. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Terrible Stay

Place and aura of the stay was good. We have booked an another Hotel however as they were full there we were shifted to another Hotel which was not upto to the mark of which we have booked. Hotel Carlton Capri was booked but we were shifted to Hotel Carlton canal Island. Not satisfied with the room and it's condition.

Small decent room

This Carlton Capri is behind the main Carlton hotel. You can access via a small alley which can get a little dark and isolated in the night.

Room was small for 3 person. There was no electric kettle in the room. Google map was showing incorrect location of the hotel. Hence difficult to walk with luggage on bridges of Venice. Staff was very helpful and room was already ready when we arrived.

Rooms are small but clean. For family with children rooms are too congested. While Hotel upgraded one room to family, which was better but they have only one such rooms. However staff is cooperative. Breakfast so so

Budget hotel.

It is a small hotel behind the actual car ton. Located in a small lane. The rooms are tiny. Staff was not that friendly but cooperative. The room was too small bed cluttered.

The room size is very small. No kettle available. Cleanliness is an issue. I would highly recommend to book carlton grand canal but not this one.
Only positive is the guy at the reception for being very polite and gentlemen

This hotel is located just opposite Ferrovia station behind Carlton at the Grand Canal making it convenient to access all touristy areas via water boat.
The room is small but is decorated in classic Venetian style.
Just a block away is the grand canal and evenings are abuzz with activity.
Breakfast is standard fare. Spread is basic.
Overall a good place for budget travellers!

Very near to canal

V near to Canal and vennis railway station. Only problem is that you will have to walk through narrow path way to reach the hotel. Hotel is v clean and value for money. Breakfast is good and reasonable

Location was good. Two bridges from piazalle de roma and very near by to st lucia station. Continental breakfast was good. But hardly you will find anyone to help with your luggage. Rooms are smaller and not much equipments. Overall an average hotel with good location.
