Lack information about how to unlock the front door to access the lobby in order to proceed with the check in.
The apartment is advertised to accommodate up to 8 person but it can accommodate just 4. We informed we were in a party of 5 but there were towels for 4. We complained about this and was quickly resolved by the manager. Manager communication and attitude was very positive and helped to alleviate the issues we experienced on the property.
The location is very good! 10 min from Kokusai -dori.

The apartment was very neat & comfortable, with useful amenities (washer/dryer, microwave etc). The management were also really helpful & kind. No complaints at all!
verified t.familyMay 19, 2019 Since there is major construction going on across the street It was pretty noisy during the day. Parking is too expensive there as well. Room was rather small, but by Japanese standards it was adequate. People were nice and friendly. I would stay there again.

I really like how clean this property is. The room had a nice kitchen and the washer/dryer in the unit was such a nice bonus. L’s is super close to the main thoroughfare with all of Naha’s shops and energy-just a 10-15 minute walk. The immediate area around the property isn’t so nice; I was excited about the balcony in the description, but my balcony overlooked a construction site/other apartments. The property is not close to the nice beaches of Okinawa, but it’s great for a Naha city experience.
Great place to stay with family
It was great for our family trip. Very easy access to Kokusai Street walking through their local market. Building is pretty new and clean, very functional. No complain at all. Would revisit if go to Okinawa again.
Super clean and well maintained buildings. The front desk has plenty of information on nearby eateries and grocery shops. The close proximity of the produce market is a real bonus to experience a bit of local happenings.
This was a very well equipped apartment. Good location. Very clean and friendly staff. Great facilities.
New affordable hotel in Okinawa
Located on a quiet side street, the L’S Inn was perfect for our one night stay. 4 twin beds accommodated three adults and a 12 and 5 year old comfortably. Super clean and roomy. Front desk staff were also excellent. Would recommend for families.
There is a local market close to hotel.
You can buy some seafood and cook in hotel room.

Great room, four beds, kitchen with dishes, cookware. Laundry with washer dryer. Spotlessly clean. Soaking tub Japanese style, shower, great WiFi. Decent location. Onsite parking for 1200 Yen a night.

隣の部屋の人の夜中のいびきや、夜中からの洗濯機の脱水音がうるさくて夜中に何度も目が覚めました。防音設備があると☆は満点でした。

チェックイン後のお部屋の鍵のボックスの開け方が不明で時間がかかってしまったので、開け方の説明もあると助かる。下の階（宿泊部屋4階）から椅子を引く音が響く、ベランダからの音が奇妙な音（多分風かとは思うが）、と音が気になったがそれ以外は問題なく過ごしやすかったので、また泊まりたいと思います
無人チェックインは初めてだったがスムーズにできました。ハンドソープ、シャンプー、ボディソープの良い香りにうっとりしました。入り口通路側や隣、上階下階の物音が気になった。食卓があると便利ですね。
check inは事前に送られてくるQRコードで簡単にできました。駐車場は農連市場近くに24時間600円というところがありました、それ以外だと24時間1000円というところもありました。
お部屋はフローリングで、大きなスーツケースを広げたままにするのは難しいです。
生活するのに必要な道具は揃っていました、洗濯機と乾燥機が便利でした（洗剤もあり）
難点はトイレが臭うことです、どこかでトラップが切れているのか？排水管が汚れているのか？不明ですが、こちらは改善する必要があると思います。

チェックインもチェックアウトもスムーズで建物も築浅で綺麗でした。
