Staff was really helpful to check and advise on JR train information even it is not their responsibilities.
The hot spring was very well maintain and comfortable to use.
Dinner and breakfast buffet variety is very good.
The lake view is perfect also !!
The hotel is just on the shores of Lake Toya. Our room looked out to the beauty of the lake. Pleasant stay.
房間內榻榻米的味道非常重，跟櫃台要了電扇跟開窗一陣子才比較好，另外就是灰塵很多會讓人一直過敏。
旅館位置很方便，樓頂的戶外溫泉view不錯，晚上的bingo活動挺有趣的，有空可以參加，煙火的話會建議走出旅館往左走一小段，那邊才能看到全部的煙火。
Property a bit old. Toilet is very small.
Old. Central Air Condition was not working. They had to bring inc3 electric fans so I can sleep. Did ask to change room but they said “NO”
I would not go back there again

Awesome onsen and view over the lake Toya. Very diverse and nice dinner and breakfast buffet. Quality of the western style room average. I have stayed in cheaper hotels with better rooms. It was clean when I arrived, but has not been cleaned before the 2nd night of my stay. Extra bath tax charged at hotel during checkout.

Everything was relatively well and we had a really good stay. The breakfast and dinner buffet were a huge plus!

Hotel was very old - an indication is the telephone that they used. It was still a rotary dial phone, which I hadn't seen since I was I a kid. Rooms were also very small. The buffet dinner and breakfast were good though and the location had a good view of the fireworks at the lake. One thing to note is that there is no one to help with luggage, so it might be a hassle if it rains since the parking is a small open air parking space opposite the hotel.
We got a room in the corner which size was almost a half of a normal room in the same price. Room was very old and smelly. Service was worst. I went to Japan for 4 times. This place was the worst experience ever.
I feel the room is meant for 2 but was offered for 3 person. There's practically no space for anything else with 3 persons in the room.
Also, the price is steep for such a room...
Beautiful weather so lake views blue and island clear. Mid morning air cleared more and Mt Yokei appeared like a ghost in the distance!
Roof top onsen also with views and lovely Japanese garden next to hotel for photos
a very relaxing hotel! very tasty meal with friendly staffs! recommend to join the BINGO game in the evening to have some fun. hot spring is really cool! love it so much!
