Property is good. Location is ok. 15 kms far from the happening place. No vegetarian food available at the hotel and nearby. If u are looking for completely good pure vegetarian, don't book this hotel. I checked in the hotel at 7 pm where no bell boy was available. I checked out at 10 am next day and no bell boy. Carried my luggage by myself. Used the washing machine inside and whole water came from it inside the room. No maintenance staff after 7 pm. No help. Reception staff was not courteous. No greeting at all. No smile on their face.

Though it's called as hotel except for lobby nd restaurant i ve felt was staying in a 2 bhk rented apartment only not having an so called " star hotel" experience. It was nothing but better version of air bnb not at all star hotel experience at all

There is no internet and the it person is on leave according to them wifi speed is 2 mbps, not suitable for working professionals

Hotel is just like a service appartment and has lot of noise from people moving around. Very difficult to get transport and no food options in in hotel.

Hotel is good but bit far from genting skyworld. There is no vegiterian indian restaurant near by. We asked for crockery i. E. Plates and bowls they were asking rental for the crockery. But they have provided us disposal. Overall experience is good. Nyc property.

One of the pathetic properties. The hotel has a standard policy of saying no to everything whether you ask for towels, toiliteries, room cleaning or an empty glass.

Location is pretty far from sky-world theme park and lit of building construction is going on around this property, constant noise doesnt let one sleep

Propery location is good however there is no amenities food is not available staff is not very courteous specially females. There are no utensils and dishes in suites. Lifts do not work. Overall it was not a good expirence.

Location : although shops & restaurants nearby but not east to find a taxi, loud noise from high speed vehicles on the road next to property. Property : not a proper serviced apartment. A few apartments in a residential society converted to hotel. Lobby & restaurant in different tower & rooms in different tower. No exhaust fans in the washrooms
service : no amenities in the room - not even spoon, forks & glasses. 2 acs installed but only 1 remote provided and told to share the remote. Ac provision in common area but ac not installed.

Firstly, when i reached the property on 7th march the room allotted to me wasn’t clean at all. Bedsheets were stinking and had dirt marks on it as well. Floor lobby was below average and it appeared as if we have booked a cheap hostel. The hotel also didn’t provide the 3 pin plug so that we could charge our phones. In total, this wasn’t a 5star stay for sure which they have mentioned.
