Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral by Marriott

Had booked a loft room for three adults in family Surprised to find that it was just a king size bed and it was suite room picture of extra bed in loft area that I had seen OK I can accept that and happy to get a corner room with a fold able sofa bed. But when it came to getting bedding for the same, the executive says I have to pay extra being in hospitality biz myself, was really surprised. When do you book a room for three adults (price higher than normal 2pax) and not get an extra bed and linen? Never, right? And you don't expect this from Aloft Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral by Marriotts! Any ways it was just one nite and adult daughter made to do with an extra blanket on the sofa using my extra pillow, Very disappointing for her since it was her choice to stay there, after a four year gap, her memory of her last experience being wonderful Stayed in Berjaya times square two days earlier and as per norm given all benefits of third person booking. To give due credit the. Except for their ignoring presence of third person requirements in room, everything else was on par. Location mins away from kl Sentral and NU mall Staff in rooftop spoke only passable English.

Hi all, though I am a frequent traveler who spends seventy percent of life in Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral by Marriotts I normally don't write any review. But after a three days stay in Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral, I strongly feel I must write it down. This is one of the wonderful Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral by Marriotts I have ever stayed, it is very close to the Railway Station, a good shopping mall and behind the building, you will find plenty of Indian shops and restaurants. Front office staffs very friendly and helpful. The only negative point I found is I woke up late both days due to late night schedules and missed the breakfast which I had paid for, the restaurant captain was not so keen to check the list of guests and to give a reminder call, which almost all the Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral by Marriotts in the world do. Rest everything wonderful, big room all amenities and a beautiful view through a large window.

I have stayed at aloft @ sentral 3 or 4 times over the last two years. The location is very good because it's a direct klia express train ride from the airport to the Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral by Marriott and return, also as a vegetarian there's a lot of good decent vegetarian options nearby all quite close walking distance several indian restaurants and several other joints where vegetable food is available there's also shopping available within the mall itself so overall it's one of the best Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral by Marriotts i have stayed. It's reasonably priced. Room is large and spacious so i certainly recommend anybody to consider staying at aloft.

Excellent location by means of its inside access to KL Sentral station that connects you to major attractions in KL. The Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral by Marriott room was above average, except for a dead roach in the refrigerator which we never intended to use. If you are a family of 4, note that the Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral by Marriott provides an inflatable air mattress which can be quite uncomfortable. The pool at the rooftop is very good. The Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral by Marriott is also located at a walkable distance close to Little India for those who want to try Indian delicacies.

The room was typical compact with normal ambience, the only thing the room that was provided was a high rise one. The best part of the Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral by Marriott is location and everything is accessible from a 5 mins walk from the Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral by Marriott. Breakfast severed was excellent with a lot of variety and it also had choice of Indian recipe. Staff was courtesy and very helpful. Also the other highlight is the swimming pool, Bar @ 29th floor and the view from there is awesome. Overall the Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral by Marriott is a value for money.

Reached Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral by Marriott with my family at 1 pm. I had fully paid confirmed booking. Kenndida kenneth at front could not confirm room till 3 pm. Even at 3, she could not tell how much more time it would take to give room. But, to my luck, i explained my situation to other executive Pratheesh koru. He was helpful, understanding and in next few minutes was able to provide room. Thanks to Pratheesh that i had a memorable stay at aloft.

Hotel is very near to KL Sentral Station and from the L3 car parking of the Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral by Marriott, we can reach to little India where we can found various food options of indian cuisine. (specially South indian cuisine). Overall it was great experience. Hotel's service, staff, amenities, location everything was great.

The Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral by Marriott was recommended by our local partner as most of our clients are located near by. The Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral by Marriott ambience and rooms are very comfortable. There is a direct train kl express to airport which take 30 min would recommend to take that. Would definitely stay in future

Location was superb, gives easy access to all transports and very near to big mall, cinemas, breakfast was excellent, especially South indian food was great, rooms are spacious and good, very fast check in and friendly staffs. Only big glass curtains was not correctly moving up and down, but its ok. Overall it was very good.

The location of the Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral by Marriott is great. Value for money except no breakfast inclusion as part of the plan. But overall fabulous room, great amenities. For business travelers and families alike, the Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral by Marriott is up to its mark. Definitely recommend this property !!

Room was clean. Although table's mica was broken and leather of sofa was torn apart from bottom. Bathrobes were looking very old and used. They have setup small play area near reception for adults and kids. Hotel is in excellent location. You can commute to almost any location you want. Overall good value for money.

A comfortable stay at Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral by Marriott aloft during my 2 days stay in KL. Room were clean and tidy, There was internet issue for a day during my stay by it was resolved by evening. Rooftop bar is excellent and a must visit in evening. Close to Central station which is good.

Everything about the property is good. Great breakfast, clean rooms, good service.

I booked Aloft for two reasons: The rate was very good and it is at a walking distance from KL Sentral. In addition, the staff was welcoming and friendly throughout my four day stay. I really could not have asked for more in that regard.

It is well connected to the kuala lumpur city. The staff and food is good too. The metro and the airport trains are well in reach.

Located very close to railway and bus station and that is the main advantage. I booked 2 queen size bed Room and it was very compact and bathrooms are too small. Breakfast spread was not impressive and tasted average.

Rooms are a bit smaller in size. Not suitable for a family of 4.
