Hotel Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre

We had checked into the Hotel Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre on the 5th and checked out on the 9th. All the 4 nights the AC was not working and we did not cover a bedsheet even after setting the temperature to 10 degrees. We would leave the room at 10 AM after breakfast and return well past 11PM and immediately retire for the day. Every morning I would complain and say that the AC was not working and the receptionist would promise to get the same checked saying "sir I will get it checked and fixed, if it does not get fixed, I will change the room". This never happened till the last night (8th October 2016). At 1 in the morning I called the reception and insisted that they rectify the room AC when the technician who came certified that the AC needs a repair and cannot be rectified by him and we were given a different room. We had to check out at 7. 30AM and imagine the hours of sleep we could gather... I promise never to do business with Novotel in Malaysia or anywhere else. The breakfast was the same mundane stuff everyday. For guests staying for more than 2 days it gets monotonous and boring. Sitting in my cabin in my office in India, I can tell what dish is placed where for even today's breakfast (surprisingly even by school going daughter also can tell the exact dish and the exact location).

Wonderful Hotel Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre at amazing location, very good hospitality. Location is perfect to stay... All the major attractions are at walkable location... Pavilion mall, petronas twin towers, time square, garden, etc... My daughter enjoyed a lot at pool side.. Pool is bit small but wonderful initially I booked room for 3 days but then continued for 8 days.. It was really a wonderful and memorable stay. Few cons : huge breakfast spread but similar all the days... There is not any place to sit in lobby as the lobby place small and given to bar.. So if we wants to enjoy drinks then only sit in lobby. Overall, it's a very good Hotel Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre.

It's been my third time staying here and as usual it doesn't disappoint so first place I think of staying in is Novotel. The location is so fantastic with everything so accessible. We can walk to the Pavilion Mall, Bukit Bintang area, or even take the skywalk to Petronas. The monorail is so convenient and just a short 5 minute walk from the Hotel Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre. We can go to KL Central easily for any sightseeing or shopping. The service is good. I like the breakfast options and they even keep your baggage if you go for short trips and are returning back to Novotel.

This is a business Hotel Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre. Rooms are adequately large for a couple. Staff is good and cooperative. Don't miss the breakfast . Pool is very small . But Gym is well equipped. Centre of the shopping hub . Good connectivity around . Don't forget to get to know about the Skybridge connectivity . Its in front of the Hotel Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre and connects good happening places. Will save you lots on cab fares . Do use Grab app for cheap cabs . Enjoy .

The Hotel Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre is in great location. Just 5 to 7 mins walking distance to petronas towers. Variety of restaurants near by. Bus, Monorail and near by. The complementary Breakfast was good. Only thing is not sure why but the Room key used to block everyday and I had to reactivate everyday. May be for safety reason. And as I was staying on the 22nd floor I had to comedown. Otherwise everything was good.

Nice ambience service and facilities. We stayed there for a night. Although, Hotel Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre is a bit old but very well maintained. Novotel service was nice and they extended our checkout time. Buffet could be a bit more lavish for breakfast. Rest was fine except a guy created issues with our kids being a bit cranky on the floor. But Hotel Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre managed it well. Great stay

Good value for money, conveniently located. The Hotel Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre however was earlier at a deal but mistakenly I cancelled and re booked thereby losing, still a good value for money and central location makes it convenient for movement. I do not understand why it wants me so many words as minimum. This is complete waste of time

The Hotel Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre is conveniently located near to Petronas twin towers and Raja Chulan mono rail station, which helps commuting through public transport. The room was big accommodating a sofa and big table along with the bed. Hotel staff was also helpful and american breakfast had lots of options to choose.

Hotel is centrally located, easy access to all the attractions. But bad approach by the staff of the Hotel Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre. We had 4 and 8 pax rooms to check in and we were told that breakfast would only be given to 4 pax as that was their policy. In spite of them having rooms, they were reluctant to give us one.

Good Hotel to Stay and Relax, Rooms are very clean, service is superb. Located in heart of the city and near to and shopping malls. Well connected by bus train and taxis. Staff were very supportive. They will help to suggest to see the places around the Hotel Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre

Except that non smoking also has this cigarette smell, there are bunch of super good things in this Hotel Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre. 1) awesome staff, very helpful, timely. 2) good pool and gym. 3) rooms are clean, bathrooms are good. 4) food is good. 5) awesome location for business.

NOVOTEL at Kuala Lumpur is located very close to PETRONAS Twin Towers, Park & Bukit Bintang. The staff was very courteous & friendly. Room was also spacious & I was given a room with a view of Menara KL Tower. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly ...

Rooms are very clean, service is superb. Located in heart of the city and near to and shopping malls. Well connected by bus train and taxis. Shopping malls/bus stop/train is 5 minutes walk only. They guide well for sight seeing and shopping

We checked in late and found very limited choice for food to order.

This is my second visit and I loved to stay cause of location and friendly staff. I had check in late by 10:30 and most of the restaurant were closed ... So concierge helped us order pizza from pizza but. And on request they gave late check out

The location, ambience and cleanliness of the Hotel Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre was par excellence. I was very pleased to find the reception staff so polite and helpful. I will not only revisi but would also recommend to my colleagues to experience the Novotel hospitality.

Very good Location. Petronas is on walking distance. Bukit Bintang is nearby. Close to Monorail. Hotel staff was good. Breakfast was very good. The rooms were neat and clean. Over all it was a great stay.

Good, but the bathroom was little small.

The staff was friendly and the stay was comfortable.
The room had low light which makes it uncomfortable to work at nights. A more brighter room would have made it perfect.

Good location. But the staff at reception can be little more friendly. Had clearly informed to give two rooms on the same floor which they did not. Had asked for late check-in and late check-out which was not done.

Clean place, walk-able to Petronas tower and center of downtown.

All major Business avenues are within walk able reach. Buffet breakfast was quite sumptuous. Friendly and courteous staff made the overall experience very good. Guest room specially the one which I had seemed to be a bit run down and this is one area which needs attention.

Nice location. Direct entry for Pavilion Mall and very close to Wisma Cosway. Go kl free Bus Station.

The rooms are spacious with the basic facilities provided inside the room. The breakfast is wonderful with a great spread. The staff was courteous and offered us the welcome drink while we were leaving. Overall, recommended.

Not up to the mark. The beds were old and a 5 was making lot of noise.

Great location with all the transport facilities next. Shopping all around. Restaurants all lines very near. Hakka in front, super good restaurant.
