Great connectivity via metro and roads. Metro station just a few escalators away. This was a great help for us as we were exploring the city on local transport. Our stay included breakfast and we were not disappointed. It was a good breakfast spread. The in room had a mini fridge with nothing in it, TV with 20 channels mostly local. Room had an electronic locker and should be used when you step out for room make up. We were also fortunate to have welcome drinks coupon but when we had the drink which was only one choice of guava it was not up to the mark. The Ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Fraser Business Park has free shuttle leaving at 11 am and 12 noon for KLCC (petronas towers). Use it. Hotel has a taxi counter and can arrange for an airport taxi for 90 baht. Taxis can be hired for other travel destinations as well, do not hesitate to bargain in those rates. Just the one time the housekeeping person barged in the room, the only negative point of the stay. Rest all was good. Natalie at the reception was especially remarkable. Lot of crowd does come from group packages so expect some crowd in peak season. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to all if you do not mind cramped rooms and bathrooms for the budget you have.

Ibis being part of Accor group even if it comes under the category of 3.5 Ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Fraser Business Park, has its class. The floor we were on was the 5th Floor room 509 even though there was no view I am grateful, there was no noise which people keeps complaining about the train station across. The breakfast was complimentary with the room plus the restaurant in the Ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Fraser Business Park is nice but I would recommend a burger joint a sweet couple runs it right near the Club lucky star. In about 3 to 6 ringgit one can have good burger or hot dog but please mind if you do not like sweet sauce on your burger or hot dog let them know not to add any sauce which really takes the taste away of the burger because it is so sweet otherwise they are brilliant. China Town is the economic shopping place in Jalan Salut only place in KL where you can bargain. Jalan Alur and Bukit Bintag is the place for food and drinks. Jalan Alur is street food place all restaurants are lined up. Bukit Bintag is more of pubs, cafes and restaurants but great to sit down and have nice time.

I really enjoyed my 2 day stay at Ibis Kuala Lumpur which provided me and my wife an awesome kick start for our honeymoon when we proceeded to Langkawi. Thankyou Ibis. Hotel is quite far from main attractions but well connected with all Kuala Lumpur, thanks to chan Sow lin MRT station with which the Ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Fraser Business Park is Connected through bridge.. From bridge good view of Petronas twin towers in night looks nice.. ROOM was clean and breakfast was good.. Room though was small in size but nice and clean with cozy beds.. Bathroom was good and clean.. Hotel serves Indian thali also at MYR 25.. Staff is friendly and humble.. The reception area is very nice and seems like disco club.. Overall value for money Ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Fraser Business Park in big city like Kuala Lumpur and good Ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Fraser Business Park to stay with family..

I stayed in Ibis for 7 days from 28th May to 4th June with my family. We literally enjoyed our stay at Ibis. It is very close to city centre and very well connected to the city by LRT. Very good value for money. Very wonderful buffet breakfast. Very good staff behaviour very good reception. Smooth check in and express check out. My actual check out time was 11 am but they extended my check out to 3 pm as my flight was at 7 pm. Though rooms are not very spacious but very functional. Though very neat and clean there is more scope to improve especially below the beds. Overall excellent.

My overall review of the Ibis Styles Business Park Hotel is excellent. Especially, the cleanliness, the room facilities, internet and WiFi, breakfast buffet with lots of juices, tea, coffee, food, fruits and vegetarian was excellent. I have seen lot of Indian tourists who joined in our breakfast enjoyed utmost. The restaurant is unique in cleanliness, taste, diverse food, hospitality, plenty of items, Indian style breakfast items like vermicelli upma, butter naan paratha, chapati, dal, chana masala, kidney beans masala, etc along with bread, butter, jams, Malaysian items, etc.

Although they have a restaurant but there is not much variety during lunch and dinner which can be worked upon. Also request the Ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Fraser Business Park to put a bigger signage at the main road so that customers can easily locate it while driving. Not so many options for veggies and one major concern is regarding check in timing, check in timing is at 2 PM and we reached Ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Fraser Business Park around 9 AM, they made us wait to follow their protocol. After an overnight journey no one will have patience to wait, whats the point in booking the rooms in advance. Request to take care of this.

I have been there fr 6 days, breakfast was excellent staff is courteous specially the guy neos at reception he was sooo helpful. He helped us with daily attraction point, made ne understand the location how to commute. Overall it was worth staying in the Ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Fraser Business Park .. Chef was very jolly nature, he made sure menu should be change for breakfast. They have lot variety in buffet. I loved it and missing your breakfast ..

Hotel is at good location very near to Chan sow Lin Mrt, good food at the Ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Fraser Business Park restaurant, there were all basic amenities. But some things that I don't like about this Ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Fraser Business Park is that they don't have any swimming pool and children play area at there Ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Fraser Business Park. So, beware of these false information. Otherwise Ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Fraser Business Park was good enough to spend few nights.

Excellent and safe place to stay. Very courtios and polite staff. Check in done very fast. Impressed with the house keeping staff. My wife left her gold chain under the pillow and we left for sightseeing. On our return the chain was kept on the table.

Very good experience room was very neat and clean. Break fast was very good specially for Indian food lover. Staff was very friendly. We stay there 2 days. But 6 km from bukit bintang and but convenience easily available. Overall nice stay

The Ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Fraser Business Park is great however I think you need to improve vegetarian choices for the travelers specially from Indian sub continent. There were not many choices.

Very bad treatment and as well they put a fine for a washable stain on the bad. It was a bad experience in cherry loft Ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Fraser Business Park. Bed and towels are there to use and not to keep it for show.
