the Pacific Express Hotel Chinatown is situated at the center of the attraction. its a few minute walk from the metro station, the china town is just opposite to the Pacific Express Hotel Chinatown gate, you can have a great view of Merdeka 118. foods are available by the street of this Pacific Express Hotel Chinatown and 12rm to go to the batu cave, and 20 rm to go to the twin tower.. it was very very very good experience and the madam in lobby (evening) was too helpful 😀 👌

The room was good and the service was also very good. The location is also very good and close to the main attractions in kuala lumpur, just in the radius of 2 km. The price was also very decent. The staffs behaviour was very polite. They had a baggage locker room where you can leave your luggage after you checkout for a couple of hours.

The entire process was smoother. Had a cosy and trouble free stay. Even though there were few minor grievances but the size of the room, ease of booking and addressal of issues by Pacific Express Hotel Chinatown staff made microscopic non-compliances completely non-existing.

Best staff seen. Very friendly. Hotel was very clean. They helped us keep our luggage for an additional two hrs after checkout. Clean passageways. Very close to maha mariyamman temple, chinatown streets and central market. Lovely place. I would recommend this one for staying.
