Good location, plenty of indian options in breakfast and a good spread of international choice. Very friendly staff, very well maintained property. Overall very comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is very close to klsentral, little india & nu mall. The location is so convenient to have marketing, availability of indian foods & to travel to different locations by metro. The staff are very helpful. Overall the stay in the hotel was excellent. It's location is really amazing. The services in the hotel is ok. The breakfast served in the hotel is ok. I may recommend the visitors from india to avail the benefit of the location.

Aloft kl is one the best hotels in kuala lumpur. The place is next to kl sentral so transport options were easily available. The staff were very polite and accommodative. The rooms were spacious and had all amenities. The huge pool added to the greadeur. I would definitely book aloft again when in kl.

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The booking + check in was a breeze. Added advantage, hotel is near train station with 6 different types of trains to city and airport.

Nice staff, good services, clean and neat stay. They gave us packed breakfast on a day we had to leave early for our site seeing. Good breakfast spread, seamless checkin and checkout, proximity to city, mall attached

Poor review for makemytrip

This is the first time i have to wait for 2 hours to get my room because payment was not made by makemytrip. Why is there no option to make payment like the previous 4 visits to the hotel? and why do i have to make payment myself before the room can be released? why is my company paying the commission to you for such poor service rendition? i need a proper explanation.

We stayed in aloft sentral malaysia for 2 nights, very comfortable stay, the staff took care of all our needs, roof top infinite swimming pool looks awesome. The connectivity of train and buses makes its location super accessible

Aloft is a very well connected place for any traveler coming for work and personal trip, while the hotel is very good in its own with a very good friendly staff but i particularly liked the location, connectivity to all attractions thru metros, close to little india ( easy to find indian food, many joints in walking distance, few pure veg too ), connected to a mall so all necessities

Aloft is in center of the city sentral very close to many indian hotels just behind hotel is having every thing inside the pool in last floor is mesmerizing

Have stayed in this hotel for 3rd time and the quality of service and room quality and experience has degraded. Needs improvement. The western toilet was not clean and the door lock was jammed. Ok ok to stay. Not great

The hotel is located in a prime location easy to access the mall, metro, kl sentral bus station. The rooms are clean and neat. Good ambience. Staff are helpful. Morning breakfast limited variety of indian dishes.

Lobby staff communication problem, on the phone call they are saying something and upon arrival they are different and blaming each other, 2nd the bathroom does not have hot water for 2 days and the water was very dirty with brown sand, breakfast is good, room cooling not bought even with 19 degree, location wise percent for metro and bus to genting highland, i recommend to take bus instead of private card the reason is bus is more comfortable than a private car and easy access and cheaper as well

Extremely bad experience it was. Booking was fully paid through mm t but hotel cancel-led booking by themselves without any information stating no show. Where as it was communicated to the hotel by an email that we will be checking in late due to delayed flight. We had to look for another hotel in the midnight. There were many like us who's booking was cancel-led by hotel. They take over bookings than their capacity.

Excellent in all aspects. Room was clean, view was awesome. Staff were very courteous. Buffet was really good. Staff's were guiding us in all areas of buffet. Noodle section was great. Chef recommendations were good. Great location. Will stay again on my next visit in kl.
