The hospitality was great, room service was awesome. The room we got was spacious. The host were so generous. And above all the location was like chef’s kiss.

Chair was not given in room. I had to ask for this. Dustbin in bathroom was very dirty. Overall stay was ok.

Pathetic hotel, ac not working, quite small room, bed too small, not ready to give even 2nd shop when 2 person staying, power cut/trip issue not resolved till 12 hours

This is was decent stay for a cheap budget. The room was small as we booked standard room. Most of the time we spend out roaming so did not mind about the room. Very quick checkin and check out, wi-fi available, toiletries were given, very clean room, walkable to a malaysian restaurant just walk 3mins from the hotel (at the back side of the hotel, there a big supermarket, money exchange and central market, little china, twin tower was walkable about 15 to 20 mins walk or you can take grab. Comfortable place to stay.

I stayed here for 4 days and everything was great and comfortable, just cleaning room service sometime left few things, but it was something that can be neglected, so overall I had a really good experience. The hotel staff was helpful and polite and I felt safe.

Our stay at Flora by Crossroads

This was our second visit to this hotel. This time we booked the standard room and it's smaller than expected. However the room was very well designed so we didn't find it difficult to keep our luggage and move around the room. This hotel gives high importance to service and I must 5 stars for them to helping me out multiple times.

In the middle of the tall structures all over lies a Hotel which is completely different. It's got a theme of its own with round windows with plant cover all Around it. It's very clean and can be easily located. Hotel managers are very helpful and will go out of their way to help you in any way. Do visit this Hotel when you are in kl.

Super close to the LRT (subway) station and Lulu hypermarket located at Jakel mall. I enjoyed my stay. Some very minor complains would be shower gel smell wasn't pleasant. The audio of most of the Tv channels was not clear. The access road to the basement car park was not visible (there should be a sign somewhere had to call the hotel to get directions).

Honeymoon stay first stop

We planned for a two day stop at kl and picked up flora by cross road for access to KI tower and Metro link ( Dang Wangi ), the rooms however is small and just good enough for two people, not suitable if you call lot of baggage as the the space is very limited, bathroom are small and one the one which I stayed did not have latch in it, however despite the short comings the room was clean and hence 3 stars out of five.
