Overall a very good experience. Location is prime very near to klcc & petronas tower. Can use the underground walkway to reach these destinations

Friendly courteous staff, a wonderful spread for breakfast. The location was excellent close to everything that matters. I would stay there again on my next visit to malsysia.

Room is so spacious and clean. Staff is very friendly. You can have a view of twin towers from the 38th floor which is awesome. Food is also very good with a wide variety of items.

The hotel is located close to petronas twin towers, aquaria and in walking distance from mart etc. Accessing everything is very easy.

Pretty comfortable rooms. Check-in was smooth and I really liked the touch where they had a card of list of things that you can get/rent in case you had forgotten. That list was quite good. Lighting in the room was great.
