Sir i have been calling your customer care and made complaint that u have not got any check in the hotel because they told there is no booking available for this booking id so please refund my money

This property is not good for indian. On mmt they have mentioned they provides indian food but they don’t indian breakfast. Even after so many requests they didn’t served us. The stay was not satisfy there. Rooms are also not big enough. Also they don’t provide housekeeping and cleaning of rooms if you stay longer for duration. Even for getting water bottles from hotel you need to struggle a lot. They don’t provide water bottles also.

All amenities are good but room is little short. It is in the middle of the city. Good views and easy cab access.

It’s dirty and sleeping bed is the most worst part and house keeping also not professional and with that when i complain the the hotel authorities no proper response from them and along that makemy trip put my call on hold for 30 min to resolve the issue but no help as i have cut the phone from my side

The front desk man was not cooperative has to struggle for veg foods and sight seeing there to see.

Nice stay attractions are nearby especially the jalan alor food street and the night life at bukit bintang. The imbi monarail station only walking distance. Staff and hotel are good in my solo experience indian restaurants are nearby. I didnt take any photos of the hotel.

I called at the reception at midnight 2 am for a water bottle and he said no water bottle right now. We will get in the morning only. The worst part is at the breakfast you will see cockroaches and the staff after seeing it also not bother to do anything. In the bathroom they don't have soap bar it's just a soap dispenser in the shower area. They need to look into these few things. The rest is all good

The rooms are not spacious and there are not much options for the breakfast buffet. But the hotel is in prime location.

The hotel is in middle of kuala lampur and every attraction is very near to this hotel as twin towers, klcc, china market, malls. There is availability of breakfast from 7am to 10am. Quality of food is also good. If you are planning to visit to kuala lampur, you can choose this hotel in your budget.

The staff of this hotel is very bad and treats indian people as worthless. The rooms were very dirty. These people used to deduct 10 ringgit everyday for tourism tax but they are deducting 15 ringgit from public holidays. This was not highlighted anywhere. When i asked him why he was deducting 15 ringgit for public holiday, he took out a list from hidden inside his table and showed it to me and said, look, we have made a new rule for public holiday. You should ask him how can i see under his table, under his seat, under his chair that you deduct 15 ringgit on public holidays? Karthik and theva, sitting at the reception, talk very rudely and treat the customers as cheap and trash.
