A beautiful proerty with amazing hospitality and good location. Rooms were superb. Everything was upto the mark. Swimming pool and kids play area were best.

We stayed here for 3 nights and were very happy with the deluxe room with sofa bed. Very spacious and neat. Breakfast buffet is a special treat. A range of variety available starting from Indian, Chinese, continental and many more. Very close to KL tower and twin tower.

While the Hotel is undergoing renovation and some of the places like their pool bar etc is a bit old and dated, its a fantastic value for money product overall that has incredible breakfast, just 1 km or so away from Twin Towers and KLCC, has great service and the west wing refurbished rooms are splendid.

Good location. Food taste needs drastic improvement. Not enough plug points for charging. When we asked to Hotel for extension cord, it was not available. Toilet flush was not working properly. Water logging in the bathroom. I already met the duty manager and informed her about all the issues. Certainly this Renaissance hotel is not up-to the mark compared to other Renaissance hotels.

It's old hotel doest look like in the picture. Food is really bad. Room was good. But they charged more than the make my trip

Location of the hotel is really good, centrally located. Very close to Petronas Towers. Did not try food here. The room has a connecting door to another room, due to which there was a lot of noise coming from adjacent room.
