Barat resort was a good experience. It’s located really well, where you can wake up to calm and crystal clear beach waters (in June-July at least), they have a great diving school which was super busy and filled with great teachers and staff. Perfect place for getting your padi certification. Rooms were average, but decently sized. Food is not great (for vegetarian) but there are a few small cafés/restaurant nearby. They have a great bar with sea view and have artists perform fire shows in the night along with bbq. All in all, good affordable stay for couple/family or friends with loads of recreational facilities.
