Hotel Buddha Land

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Wonderful experience overall. They had a map of interesting local sights, tips on how to get there and were very patient in explaining things. The simple things mattered. Trying to fix a broken adaptor and then obtaining a replacemnt at night; not charging for the replacemnt and allowing use till end of stay; offering to make phone calls on behalf on guest, a welcome cup of coffee even when kitchen was closed. Yes. I will definitely recommend this Hotel Buddha Land to my friends.

Stayed with my love during 1, 5 days. Arrived at 5-6 am, the front desk guy quickly registered us and gave the key. The room on the 4th floor has a balcony, big enough to practice yoga or chill in the evening. The room was small, but clean and comfortable, the bed was big, clean and comfortable . There's a lot of light in the room thanks to a huge window. The only little disturbance was the construction sight right in front of our balcony. And yes, staff is really very helpful and nice.

Located in a small lane in Thamel. A little difficult to locate but still in the very famous centrally located Thamel. Cabs available from the main road or the Hotel Buddha Land staff can help you. Since it is located in Thamel, you are already close to the shopping destination of Kathmandu. The Hotel Buddha Land per say is decent with nice food. Its compact but OK for a budget traveller. They did help us with a airport pickup. They also help arranging for a sightseeing tour.

We stayed for five days. Very good room service, friendly & helpful staff. Good breakfast/food available in this Hotel Buddha Land. Car arranged by the management for local attractions. Rooms are very good. Location of the Hotel Buddha Land is heart of the city. With the help of management, We enjoyed the seeing the air view of mount Everest & other important mountains ( Buddha Air ways ). Excellent service by Hotel Buddha Land & strongly recommended for stay.

The behavior, service and cleanliness are excellent. We reached bit early of our scheduled time but got the warm welcome. Similarly, the staff had been very helpful in providing local guidance as well as support for our visit to Pokhara which otherwise was not planned by us. Also the Hotel Buddha Land staff had been instrumental for our one night stay at Pokhara without any extra cost at their own. Thanks dear TEAM.

Location of this Hotel Buddha Land is good. Staff member is very helpful. I can say that I am very much satisfied with staff. Bad remark is only one that is no lift in this Hotel Buddha Land otherwise overall this Hotel Buddha Land is very good for stay in Kathmandu. The Hotel Buddha Land Buddha Land visit was excellent. I was treated with high professionalism and respect by almost everybody at the Hotel Buddha Land, especially by Mr. Suman, who is the Hotel Buddha Lands owner. He went out of the way to help and support me to make my stay a really great experience. This Hotel Buddha Land is a must visit.

He have stayed there for two day. I can say this is the best value for money Hotel Buddha Land in thamel. The kindly of services they give is excellent. In India we say "Athiti Devo Bhava", we actually felt that while staying at Buddha Land. They have not charged me for the additional services, which I have used at there Hotel.

Pros- Good hospitality, friendly and very helpful staff, neat and clean Hotel Buddha Land, comfortable bed and safety feelings. Reasonable price with complimentary breakfast. In short, sufficient reasons for revisit. Cons- For lunch and dinner you have to go outside, good restaurants available nearby. Rooms are slightly small.

I found Hotel Buddha Land to be a nice and clean place to stay. The staff is friendly. As a pure veg I did not have any difficulty with food. I enjoyed my fresh fruits in the morning. When I was to catch early morning flight and was to leave the Hotel Buddha Land before breakfast time they gave me tea & called the Taxi.

Very nice and the staff are cordial and willing to extend whatever the help we required. The Hotel Buddha Land also provides internet access (free WiFi) made it extremely comportable. Since the Hotel Buddha Land is situated in a lane, it will be a great stay, if the Hotel Buddha Land provides boarding facility .

The location of the Hotel Buddha Land is good, in the central area. The tourist bus stand is just in next lane, if you want to take bus to nearby towns like Pokhara. Hot water available throughout day. The size of rooms are a bit small but comfortable. It was value for money and the staff was very helpful.

Very good Hotel Buddha Land located in thamel area. Up to 1a. M. Area is open. Most of the dance bar is in walking distance. Pashupati temple is in 5km from the Hotel Buddha Land and new bus park is approx 4 km where anyone will get bus to India

This is a great Hotel Buddha Land. The location of the Hotel Buddha Land was perfect for me. The rooms are nice and the breakfast was amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's on a busy street, so it's quite .. It's better than many Hotel Buddha Lands I've stayed so far.

Good place in heart of the Kathmandu city, thamel area. Local shopping places are near by. If you have problem in climbing up the stairs, you need to look for something else as this Hotel Buddha Land don't have lifts installed. Good place in Budget.

Great homely atmosphere, friendly and effective staff, great central location and relatively quiet (for thamel: there was music at night and building noises in the morning but quite besides that). Perfect choice for this price range.

Located at prime location from where you can cover most of the tourist places. Nice service and good people makes your stay pleasant. Rooms where clean and worth staying. We were served break fast which was decent enough. Hotel provide guide and cabs for making your life easier.

Its a value for money Hotel Buddha Land, rooms are OK, only bad thing the ac was not working, mr. Suman the manager provided me with fan, otherwise is normal clean Hotel Buddha Land to stay in. Location is good, as its in market and taxi is not a issue, many places are nearby and food options are plenty.

Bit interior but peaceful stay. Resonable, clean, decency with respect in their language and their staff too... Limitation in morning breakfast if adding few more dishes than only 2. It will actual fulfill breakfast. Good to stay.

Clean room. Clean sheets with quick on call service. Nice and understanding manager. Location is little difficult to find but manager guided well on phone with location. Food was also good. We had breakfast included which was served well, hot, nice

Small budget Hotel Buddha Land, service with smile, good value of money, helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast, tea coffee anytime, free wifi very good and hot shower 24x7. Nice stay and recommend other visitors too. Will visit again on my next trip. Thank you!

Nice Hotel Buddha Land to stay with excellent service provided. Guy at reception was extremely helpful. Room service was good. Less choices in breakfast. Wifi working in entire property. Overall, good time spent over there. Highly recommended for budget travellers.

Slightly outside from main thamel market but it was calm location. WiFi networks, room service, room cleaning are the plus points of the Buddha land. Staff was very cooperative. No problem for short stay at all

It's a good Hotel Buddha Land. Great location with lots of tourists around. Staff was very friendly and helped us plan for Pokhara. Hotel was clean and the breakfast was simply great. They let you check-in early! There are lots of restaurants and huge local market at a few minutes walking distance.

It's value for money, behavior of staff is very good, location is good but the problem for restaurant they don't have own restaurant they arranged all food except breakfast. They don't have more options in menu of breakfast.

Glad to find this nice Hotel Buddha Land. Very quite surrounding. Just what you need after your shopping at Thamel. I would suggest to give it a go and spend your money elsewhere as it is the cheapest Hotel Buddha Land we could find. Breakfast buffet was great too.

Nice budget Hotel Buddha Land. Staff behaviour is very good. Well maintained and clean environment. I would like to stay again if I visit Kathmandu only thing is that there is no restaurant for lunch and dinner.
