The amenities were good. The location of the hotel is also good as this is in heart of thamel. The services need little improvement as kitchen closes fairly early and one could not either get milk sachets or even coffee/tea after 10. 00 pm which should be looked into by the management.

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel! from the moment i arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and the front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They provided great recommendations for local attractions and dining options. The room was immaculate, well-appointed, and had all the amenities i needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything clean and tidy throughout my visit. What really stood out was the level of customer service. Every member of the staff was attentive and genuinely cared about making my stay memorable. Whether it was the concierge offering personalized tips or the restaurant staff ensuring my meal was to my liking, every detail was taken care of with a smile. I had a fantastic experience at hotel. The check-in was quick, and the staff were incredibly friendly. My room was spotless and stylishly decorated, with a super comfortable bed. The on-site restaurant served a delicious breakfast, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Overall, great value for money and a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommended!

Very pleasant stay, great location, clean rooms, good food, friendly staff. The breakfast was wholesome and dinner that i ordered was delicious too.

Hotel is situated in thamel which is kathmandu’s central point of attraction. It is in a quiet lane with very polite and helpful staff. Properly is slightly dated however value for money for a stopover night.

Highly Recommended Hotel , located in heart of city , just walking distance from Thamel Shopping market. Hotel staff is very nice & helpful. Housekeeping staff is doing their duty with great efforts . Restaurant staff specifically Mr Santosh is very kind and humble towards all the guests. Thank you everyone for comfortable stay 🙏🏻

Good location. Very courteous staff. Good food. Clean rooms and a very good time spending. The amenities were provided and there was a lift too. The staff is very polite and take care of the guests.

It was a good experience staying here for 5 days. They have amazing food, room service, room hygiene. Would definitely recommend the hotel to someone looking for a stay in kathmandu

We had booked the family room. The room was spacious, clean with comfortable beds and a spacious washroom. There are shopping streets, currency exchange, travel/adventure booking agencies and good restaurants around the hotel. The hotel has an in-house restaurant. We had vegetarian food. Food was good. The breakfast was also good. The staff are attentive. The road that leads to the hotel is narrow and at times, large vehicles may not go up to the entrance of the hotel. In such cases, you may have to carry your belongings for about a hundred metres. Overall a pleasant stay.

Hardly anything available for breakfast. There was construction due to which entry into the hotel was very tough. But the manager was very kind

There is hardly any option for food, buffet breakfast was just okay whereas lunch and dinner had no options at all. We had ordered mutton and it was harder than a rubber, threw it as it is. Not worth the price it is charging. No thank you
