Excellent overall experience, stay, service, location. The hotel is located near the popar thamel market area. The rooms are great, bed, bathroom. Staff is very polite and ready to help in anyway. Also used the half & full day taxi service of the hotel, both car and driver were excellent

Very good service on all fronts. Only called the front desk once and didn’t get an answer. Called back and all was good. Dinner service was above any expectations. The staff there were seven star. All interactions were pleasant and the chef even made something off menu for breakfast on request.

Very good service provided by entire team. Room is maintained nicely. Only issue is the view from the room. There is a new construction blocking the window, which is bit ackward.

Location was perfect - within walking distance of food shopping and sightseeing. Food was very good and lot of variety at bf. Rooms were very nice and comfortable and team was very courteous and helpful. Special shout-out to kabita at reception who took good care of us and specially in organising transport and billing experience.

Room is like too small and thats fine but bed is alsk very small so uncomfortable stay with ny friend they dint even have pool so before booking think twice you can book other properties

The property is located at walking distance from main market area in thamel. The staff is very cooperative and i was given the room well before my check in time which i appreciate. I would recommend fairfield in future as well.
