Very pleasant atmosphere room was so neat and clean, staff was very much cooperative and the scenery outside my window was mesmerizing

It was a terrible experience when visited that hotel. There was no proper facility at that hotel. It was very far from the airport. I left the hotel same evening bcoz i found people there drinking just at the entrance of the gate. The place i found was not secure. I lost my money of 4 night stay there.

Around 2 pm at mid night someone was trying to unlock my room with another key from tge outside of room, i was so scared at that time, fooding cost too much higher than the restaurant outside around their, bathroom is below average and no warm water supply here, still in last december at 6 degree thats a biggest disappointing reason. Fooding is below average quality. Location is in good area and service is good

Worst hotel in Kathmandu

Rooms were dark, water problem, no TV, no cupboard, no water bottles, no bathroom attached, no food available, disgusting management, rude owners, improper and impolite behaviour, terrible hotel.

Hotel location is good. It's a budget hotel in a good location. Hotel staffs are really good. If you want to go to Polara then it will be the best location.

Food is not available in the Hotel. Tea and snacks are available on demand. Service is very good. This Hotel is located near popular market thames.

As per the booking we are not provided the rooms in the same Hotel. We are accommodate in another Hotel named City Home. With no fan facility n sharing bathroom. So it was so harsh n ridiculous for our entire groups. The Hotel management was not at all cordial to receive us from the bus stand. So my recommendation is not to book a room in this Hotel.

Multiple options to choose for food. Food is not tasty though. Nice place Good place to stay within budget, friendly service and nice ambience.
