No booking confirmation is sent from the makemytrip to the hotel and it's very bad experience and a lot of problems which i faced can't express in words. The hotel people will be very good and hospitality which i shall be very thankful to them

By mistake i booked the hotel for the check-in date of 10th instead of 11th june. No consideration of date change or anything and i have to lose my entire money of booking and in nepal, i didn't have any number to contact due to indian sim not working.

The hotel stay was excellent with the star attraction being view of annapurna mountain range from room balcony. The rooms are spacious, clean and filled with all amenities. The staff is very humble and helpful. Bathrooms are installed with bathtubs. Restaurant is good and serves tasty food.

Stay was very comfortable. The team was always eager to assist. Buffet breakfast was also good. Vehicle also available at hotel for sightseeing with extra payment.

Nice hotel the locality of the hotel was so near by the phewa lake and room was spacious bathtub was also there for body relaxation 😉

Hotel staff was good but food was terrible. You can have your usual lunch and dinner outside near to phew a lake. Hotel manager created with some mess with the booking but after intervention it was resolved.

The location is amazing, right across the lake boating station, hardly 50 steps away. We had good experience with indian food. The staff is helpful. Helped us with information and cab services. The rooms are spacious with good view. The only improvement area is the hygiene of towels, hand napkins used, it had stains. Else everything was perfect!

The location is good. Food is pricey but there are multiple options nearby. The views from the balconies are great. The property is however old and needs renovation

The hotel staff are so helpful and very welcoming. Even the room were clean. Will visit again if i happen to visit pokhara again
Clean room. Friendly staff. Excellent veg sandwiches at hotel restaurant. Beautiful garden area. Elevator. Great location close to lake and restaurants.

Terrible place don't stay. It's less of a hotel and more like a dharamshala. Worst service staff is very arrogant. Rooms were very bad. There were insects and lizards. It's a worst place to stay at. Total money waste. They come inside your room just like that without waiting for you to open they enter. Terrible ppl

The rooms, location is good. Food quality is also good, but rates are higher. The position of lift and staircase is a problem.
