Get checkin instructions and code before arrival! We really had poor start. Reserved 72 hours before arrival. Received confirmation. No further instructions given. Arrived to find everything locked and no answers at property manager phone. Sent text to only get reply it may take a few days. No compensation offered for more than an hour of scrambling. Poor management. Really felt compensation would have been in order. We really felt stuck. Few alternative options. Thankful for Expedia.

This is an unique property - gorgeous views, comfortable and spacious. About a 10 minute drive into Queenstown - loved it.
The cottage was very cold on arrival. Colder inside than ourside. It was freezing inside and took a while to heat.

Peaceful beautiful location. Short drive into Queenstown and the most comfortable bed.
Comfortable, large room with all the amenities you need. The only downside was the terrible internet - at times we had no connection, at others it was very slow.
This property is amazing! The view alone is worth staying here. The bed was so comfortable! I would recommend this property if you have a vehicle and LOVE fantastic views!
Great location, well appointed and warm. Really cold couple of days in Queenstown and the cottage was great (watching the snow fall). Comfortable bed and great shower. Excellant place to come back to after skiing. Great hosts

The flightpath of Queenstown airport was both noisy and amusing.
It was good to finally get an accommodation that you could hang up coats, etc, but the closet only had 4 hangers...more would have been nice for our 4 day stay.
It was very quiet with beautiful views and only a 15 minute drive to town .

Great view and very private. All the amenities needed to self-cater and generally well equipped. Walking trails nearby. Fascinating watching the planes land and takeoff at nearby Queenstown airport and this was not disruptive at all. The view and scenery are worth it in themselves.

We were delighted that we could see the lights on the Cadrona Ski Field from our room! Meticulously clean and fantastic ammenities. A short but scenic drive (10 mins) from Queenstown so perfect if you’ve hired a car. Can’t wait for our next trip here!
