I only stayed overnight, staff were excellent, bar and restaurant very convenient, one issue I found was the water pressure in the shower was pretty much nonexistent
We had a wonderful time.
The staff were Fantastic as was the food.
Looking forward to finding a resin to come back

Besides a wee bit of an ant issue (were crawling around on the single spare bed in the room) & floor was marked/ stained from previous guest, was clean, tidy and quiet. Got a great nights sleep. Great atmosphere in the restaurant, nice food, the staff were fabulous & gave great service.

Wonderful staff, friendly and helpful. Great location and central to things to do. Room was warm and inviting when we arrived. Great advice provided by staff. Would highly recommend.
The property was okay for a one night stay and was centrally located in Whanganui.
Very dated, beds very uncomfortable.
Upon arrival, the check in process was seamless, and the young lady was friendly. The restaurant staff was attentive and nice to talk with. The room was large, clean and well equipped. The air conditioning was a nice addition to maintain the temperature.
I would certainly return on another trip.

No lift and stairs are quite steep. Lovely willing staff helped with my suitcase, but I doubt I will stay there again because of the stairs.
It was clean and handy for getting about
Wonderful hotel and pub with old English charm. We loved our stay at the Rutand Arms Inn! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The pub food and adult beverages were great! We highly recommend the Hotel if you’re staying in Whanganui.
