The staff is good, professional and helpful. Rooms are clean and room service is also good. The breakfast buffet has verities of food for non-veg/veg options.

Location not too bad. Didn't try the food even breakfast bad service i asked reception for late checkout can i came back from work and tiered he ask me to pay half price and didn't let me to talk with manager he said i have to go other tower. In 4rth tower they said i can talk with manager by phone. But i asked to call him he is very kind and accepted for late checkout. But reception people not good and no answer for room service.

The property is apartment and not in good condition, it smells bad everywhere and lacks lighting in area, it feel a lonely tower and no livelihood there, staff are non cooperative and behaves like monopoly.

Cleaners did not refill nescafe and watet

For the first time in my whole life i have the worst cleaning experience in a hotel i stayed 6 nights and i was told that during all 6 nights room cleaning will happen only once before last night cleaners did my room but they on purpose did not refill nescafe and sugar. It might sound like something trivial but it made me disappointed because they also deliberately did not put any new small water bottles while leaving the kettle table dirty and not refilling shampoo with boby soap
i mean. What da he'll!
those small things matter and they are basics in hotel management

Staff was very professional and well mannered. Proper hygiene and no distribution. Nice view and easy accessible via public commute.
