Awesome hotel with large room and bathroom. Nice pool at 5th floor. Must visit the nightclub brig which is free for hotel guests.

The Grand Hyatt is situated near the shopping district in orchard street at walkable distance to all shops. You can take a short taxi ride to marina and Sentosa. The rooms are extremely large and very comfortable. The staff is very welcoming and make sure to cater to your needs. The breakfast buffet choices are endless.

The stay was really comfortable. Would like to thank them for allowing us early check in and late check out. The location is also too good and with easy access to metro station and tourist attractions.

Short stay. Didn't use any other facilities. The good thing about the hotel is it's location.
Room tariff was high compared to the overall look and feel of the room. The room gives the old world feeling.

Rooms need to be refurnished with new carpet and new ventilation. Position of ventilation cannot be above bed. We had a conference in the hotel and that generally went well.
The vent in the room was right above my bed and that led to me being sick and have still not recovered.

Had some issues when booked, the confirmation from Make My Trip not received at hotel but they upgraded my room for the trouble. Great location and ambience. Nice bar and restaurant. Overall good experience.
