iam very exited this place comfort and peaceful stay here very neat and clean toilets also and the staffs also so go very supporting people's rooms very clean hygienic pillow and blankets floor over all well maintained this place last 1 week I'll staying here only 😀 🥰😍🤩😎💓💯💯💯

I book this stay as it's shows on your app it's near by harbour ville hotel hamilton but when reached singapore it was far away. Not happy with distance information on app.

No shampoo provided bathroom door cannot lock dirty water clogged everywhere with terrible smell.

This is not an hotel this is a just cabin system. Train cabin systems are more comfortable than this place. They align three feet width cabin where in you feel like you are a dead body. Approx 20 to 25 person at one place. No privacy. No space for luggage. One bathroom for bath like army cant or Hostel. In breakfast only tea and bread like refugees. Worst day we ever spend. Like a jail.

It is in good location. Other facility is okay. Not so good.

It is good hostel but I didn't get my bed.
I booked a king size bed but they give me very small cabin.

Location is good near Mustafa, Mrt and bus stop, security lockers, nice breakfast and the staff is very very friendly and helpful.

Don't even think of booking this hostel. I had a pathetic experience with this. The attitude of the staff is bad and the hostel doesn't even provide basic stuff.
I had worst experience. Don't book this hotel if you want peace of mind. The hostel doesn't even provide basic stuffs and the room service and the attitude of the staff are just pathetic.

The room is not at all worth it.
There was no management at all the washroom and the room was not clean there is no lift we got our room on 5 floor and its a big struggle to go there with luggage.

Staff behavior is not good. Washrooms maintenance is very very poor. Wi-Fi service not available and even after raising the complaint there is no response.
