Worst location and pathetic hotel and service, no hygeine, poor food

Pathetic and poor hotel in the entire singapore, they dont clean rooms daily and keep it untidy and unheignic. Worthless hotel and very small rooms with no toileteries and water, worst quality of food and limited variety, shef doesn't know what they have prepared and ingredients. Will never stay and suggest for novotel all over the world, bathroom fittings are old and not working, house keeping service and reception is super pathetic as staff is half knowledge d and all persons have different replies, different treatment for different countries despite of paying 1 lac for 6 nights i was not at all happy a penny worth

Location is a bit out of the way but they have a shuttle to the metro staff was very receptive and courteous. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was limited in vegetarian options and even the staff was not sure for veg options. Overall a pleasant experience.

The rooms are small, but clean. The location of the hotel is far from stevens mart but there is a free shuttle service to the mrt. Break-fast buffet is very bad and most of the staff are rude !

Very comfortable stay at the novotel, it's well located close to orchard road being a 10 min walk, multiple food options at and near the hotel.

Best place to stay in the city. You will have lot of food options, yummy.

Hotel have one of the best locations ( near orchard road, calm place, good food, spacious rooms, nice size pool, kids area, very helpful staff.

The hotel is centrally located. Serves good breakfast. Lots of options for indians and vegetarian. Good restaurants just outside the hotel to eat. Would highly recommend to stay in this hotel.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The room was fairly standard(size on the lower side) with a cramped washroom. Breakfast had only a few indian options daily and the preparation and taste was not good. The only good thing about the place was that they are not in a market area and hence peaceful also the shuttle service from the hotel to orchard and other areas is pretty good.

The rooms are decent but the staff is the worst i experienced ever at a 4 star. Its not like they are rude but unfriendly. One doesnt feel welcomed at all. More as if they are doing you a favour by letting you in. Staff is two star at best. The housekeeping is not on regular basis on the name of sustainability.

Stay is good. Staff is rude. Not much indian options in food. Shuttle driver is also very rude. Hotel is built good but hospitality is not great.

Hotel was good and staff was cooperative. Rooms were pretty neat and clean and located just 25 mins from the airport.

Food was not up to the standards. They kept the restaurent closed for 2 days without updating the guests. Reception staffs are least bothered about your requirements. Still some of them are good. While check in never ever approach to a person at the reception called wahid. He got 0% skill for a front desk atender. And always spoiling the guests mood by the way he behave. Do not approach him if you find him there. Instead just wait till you find another person for your service. Rooms are good. Room service is good. Bit far from mrt(20 min walk.

Property is good but the breakfast for vegetarians has less options and is not good. The staff is also good.
