    I would think twice before staying with them

    We (me, my wife and my 4 year old daughter) stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Let’s start with my experience: 1) location: excellent 2) checkin: average 3) room: extremely small 4) attitude of the staff: they really need to work on it (seems more like they are doing a favour on us to let us stay with them. The staff on the breakfast venue were are full of attitude.

    It was a comfortable stay, the rooms were spacious. Staff was courteous. Special mention to jacqueline, their manager, who went out of her way to help organize an almost lost parcel, just in the nick of time.

Its proximity to major attractions and easy access to public transportation make it convenient for both leisure and business travelers. The surrounding area is vibrant yet peaceful, with plenty of cafes and parks nearby. Room: rooms are elegantly furnished, providing a comfortable and luxurious environment. Each room is equipped with modern amenities, including a large flat-screen tv and high-speed internet. The beds are plush and provide excellent comfort, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathrooms are equally impressive, featuring rain showers, premium toiletries, and ample space. Staff: the service at hotel pullman singapore stay is somewhat inconsistent. While some staff members are courteous and helpful, others lack enthusiasm and seem less attentive to guests' needs. There are occasional delays in housekeeping services.     Hotel on orchard road. Ordinary lobby. Ordinary pool and gym. Rooms okay. No balcony. Beds smaller. Overall pretty average especially for the price. Avoidable
