    The services are not commensurate with the tariff they charge. For example the room size is small and not suitable for double occupancy. The hotel does not provide complimentary water to the guest ( except day one that too limited to just 500ml water between 2 guests. Nowhere such a policy of not providing the water has been mentioned. The simple request for cutlery to be sent to the room was not accepted and the guest was asked to come down to the restaurant to collect the same. This is not at all a service standard of a 4 star hotel. The services were at par with a hostel like accommodation and not at all at par with a 4 star hotel and that too an international chain of hotel like novotel.
