The location was good, but the offering was very average for the price they charged. Basic stuff such as water (only one small bottle was provided) moisture lotion etc, was not offered as part of the basic package.

I really loved the property and the bus stop for tourist attractions is just outside the hotel. The best part of the hotel is that it is on main road and it’s besides a shopping mall and the football stadium of seville. The stay was very pleasant and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed the stay and i recommend it for the other travellers as well. The rooms were neat and clean and the property was also neat and clean

Though hotel is at good prime location ; the language barrier is a major issue with the staff. Its very difficult to communicate in English . The menu is so grossly fixed for breakfast and not international standard as is in other novotel around the globe. Seema like it aims to cater only spanosh speaking local population. No water in room without charge and no facility for RO or normal water if you want mineral water bottles. Even if there is staff is unable to convey may be.
