For the excuse given for not giving me the voucher for breakfast. Hence possibly I will choose a different hotel next time.
I was not given a breakfast voucher. Flimsy reason given is that I was staying there only one night. But I paid the room rate. Poor excuse.

The location on Galle road is appropriate owing to closeness to the beach and is surrounded by good departmental stores. The service quality was good though I didn't have food at the hotel, so can't comment on that.
Room was clean and adequate size. Stay was pleasant.

Those who have on this part can plan Since the hotel at wellawetta, quiet away from old off.
In general room was clean but pillows needs to be proper cleaning.

Situated at Good location. Room is Spacious though Furniture looks old. Air condition, hot water facility, Wi-Fi very much satisfactory. Extremely Good south indian breakfast. Arranged airport drop. Overall good experience

Hotel was good but Bath was so small and made in old style. Electric plug were not working properly. Hospitality was excellent and very cooperative. I hope they should improve some new interior ideas.

Had stayed there for one night & it was good experience. Hotel is situated in a very good location. Initially there was a problem with WiFi but the staff were proactive to resolve the problem. Quality of food can be improved.

The 3 star rating for this hotel is completely wrong. 1 star is more appropriate. 1. Hotel was not able to find our reservation. Took 30 minutes to resolve. 2. Rooms were stinking. Got housekeeping to spray the room twice in a day. 3. Found cockroaches in the bathroom. 4. Internet very bad. 20 calls in 2 days to resolve the network issue were made. 5. Room service slower then snail. 45 minutes, 4 calles and one visit to bad to get ice bucket. 6. Dinner service - bad - half of the drinks never received after multiple reminders. Good quality bad. 7. Breakfast equally bad, had to ask many times for cups, spoons, food items. 8. Spoke to duty manager and sales manager who took no initiative to resolve issues.

Nice & helpful staff. Requested a lighter at night 2am, they were so kind to send the same immediately. Good food, nice spread for the cost charged, centrally located... Had in house bar as well / restaurant / small swimming pool / taxi service to the airport.

The hotel is very good and the service is excellent. They have arranged for the pickup at midnight and also a warm welcome on the midnight. The breakfast is really up to the taste of the Indian. There is wide variety of foods available and the staff are very helpful for all your needs. Will prefer to stay again.

It is a great hotel when it comes to hospitality and cleanliness. But the thing which disappointed me the most is the television screen size and the cable clarity. It was a 17 inch old model television and the picture quality is too bad with grains and disturbances. Moreover, I found one staff at the restaurant to be a little rude as he was just nodding his head when we ask something.

The location and the lobby are good rest are bad enough to rate. Bad smell coming out of the room, when I asked for a blanket no blanket in the room their house keeping person advised me to switch off the AC. Finally I convince him and he come with a blanket with bad smell coming out of it. the curtains are dirty - may be not cleaned for months. After I complain they changed my room to executive class a better room but same bad service. Bad odor coming out of the corridor. I will never recommend this hotel at this price point to anyone.
