1. The hotel is not value for money 2. The food charges are very high and quantity is not sufficient 3. The washroom doors are of glass and are risky (the risk of getting injured by glass) 4. The cutlery is too odd to be comfortable eating 5. The cut fruit during breakfast are not fresh

Hotel rooms was spacious and clean, staff was very supportive and the service was good. The only complaint is about the refilling of daily needs stuff such as sugar sachet and toiletries.

Hotel is overpriced. Location is ok. Reception staff asked us to pay more at hotel. Also they took very long time to check and allot us the room. Food was overpriced.

The my trip ticket didn’t help me travel to clolumbo as well hotel stay also canceled what a blender mistake done by make my trip

Beautiful and peaceful. I would love to watch cricket practice at colts cricket club from me colombo. Food was delicious. Rooftop pool and bar were perfect places to relax. Amazing stuff, specially sanduni. She was very polite, friendly and helpful. Excellent service throughout my stay, highly recommend.

As described in the tile hotel was average but location was good and food was also very good. But mmt recommended 5/5 rating was a bit high i would give it only 2/5 overall.

Modern hotel in a posh neighbourhood

It was a pleasant stay. The view from the rooftop pool bar was incredible. It shows the cricket club and you can watch the practice games. Good restaurant and buffet breakfast as well. Overall 8/10.

It was a nice stay, they had lot in menu for food but 90 percent was only non veg, so it could be a problem for vegetarian traveller.

From the reception to house keeping to room service, it was excellently managed. Very courteous and well trained folks who excel at their duties and do it very passionately. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

A good hotel in heart of colombo city

Hotel is well maintained. Hotel rooms give a good view of Colombo skyline. There is a cricket ground just opposite to hotel and is quite pleasant to watch. Swimming pool and Gym are well maintained. All prominent places are nearby. Overall a good experience to stay here. Courteous staff. Rooms give good view of colombo skyline.

I loved the simplistic approach the hotel and the staff had. Nothing fancy but totally worth the money. The staff were extremely courteous and the rooms were super clean. I would definitely choose this place when I visit again. Don't go out looking for food because the restaurant is a star on its own. The portion is a lot so do not over order.
