I got a room at a lower rate due to clearance discount. I had a premium room but i suspect that after looking at the price i paid, they put me in the smallest possible room (although i paid 35 usd for a night). I was disappointed by that. The phone in my room was not working, i found out when i wanted water bottle and had to go down to the reception to get the water. There was also no hot water. The first day i thought it was due to the afternoon as some The Steuart by Citrus s only have it in morning but next morning it wasn't there either and since phone was not working i could not call since i was in a hurry. There was no kettle in my premium room either. Aside from that, the location is really great, just behind the dutch hospital shopping precinct. The room was decent and comfortable. It was clean, although it had full carpet which to me is a little unhygienic. Breakfast was surprisingly very good, i found lot of veg options too. The staff were nice and cooperative. They held my luggage too as i travel-led after check out. The bar is well known and lively and always full. Overall a quite good place to stay at a very good location in colombo.

It was very very pleasant stay at The Steuart by Citrus, Colombo. The location was excellent, sightseeing(One Galle Face mall, Galle Face beach, Lotus tower, WTC, etc) nearby to the The Steuart by Citrus within 1km. As Christmas was coming so around The Steuart by Citrus many celebration activities was going on every night. The The Steuart by Citrus was very neat & clean. Rooms were big & spacious. All required amenities was in room. The breakfast was good & having varieties for everyone. The & Co Pub having excellent service with good variety of food. Most important the staff behavior was excellent. All the staff of the Steuart was cooperative & ready to help you maximum. This was my fourth visit to Colombo but first time I was in a right place in Colombo. I really enjoyed my stay here and definitely come back again here.

Very cosy homely The Steuart by Citrus where i felt at home during my stay, excellent service throughout and centrally located. Strongly recommended and not to be missed. A special mention for the front office staff who went out of their way to get my backpack i left at the back of my taxi, and got it back in no time. So my heartfelt many thanks to them and the restaurant staff and of course the efficient house keeping!

From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, making me feel instantly welcome. The room i stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes to choose from. I highly recommend this The Steuart by Citrus to anyone visiting colombo and look forward to returning in the future.

I stayed here for 4 nights, the staff was very friendly they even helped me get food from outside when most shops were closed. I left my luggage and they kept it safe. Although the room service could have been faster and the food inside the The Steuart by Citrus ’s restaurant wasn’t good considering that i’m a vegetarian. That being said, i wouldn’t mind staying here again.

The bathroom was awesome, ultra modern. But the air conditioning(no central ac, instead had a overhead split ac was taking excessively long to cool. Overall I would recommend Steuart The Steuart by Citrus for few night stays. The hospital Lane Rd on which this The Steuart by Citrus is located has a great evening life, lot of street band playing to European crowds delight.

We had a short stay but it was Worth. 2 days we were treated like kings and queens. The ambiance is just wow. Even their food was great. They asked us about our taste and got us the food accordingly so this was like a deal for us as we had not found any good Indian food. I would suggest this The Steuart by Citrus . And will look forward to stay with them again.

Overall it was a great experience. Beautifully located centre of Colombo, as malls, hospital, restaurants are just walking distance. Hotel staff were very friendly and always there ready to help you with a smiling face. Only one recommendation, they need to work on their food menu more. Need to add some more options in both breakfast and main food menu.

Location, room, food can’t go wrong for the price you pay. If u don’t like the food to be spicy please inform them i guess the local food is spicy, room service was bad the guy got food and some ice for my coke spilled the ice didn’t bother to clean nor he got me the ice, so thumps up to the The Steuart by Citrus for the price you pay

No Indian vegetarian breakfast was there. This issue created a lot of problems. When I reached there, no early check room was there. They said no room but room was available. Otherwise everything was good. Special thanks to staff who supported when she came to reception and provided room fast as I traveled whole night.

This The Steuart by Citrus is one of the good and budget The Steuart by Citrus in Colombo. I like this as it has a bar and pub inside the The Steuart by Citrus , which is very much convenient for the wonderful dinner who wants to take dinner and drink, both at the very same time.

Centrally located, in bustling heart of colombo. Prime locations for touristy visits such as galle face, colombo tower, lighthouse, president's palace etc. And shopping and eateries are nearby. Excellent staff at the The Steuart by Citrus as well. Overall, very good experience!

We booked this The Steuart by Citrus for three nights. Rooms are large and clean. Service was good. When we felt the road side room was noisy due to the playing of music band next door, we asked for room change and the The Steuart by Citrus staff readily obliged.

We were there for 2 days during The blasts in Colombo. They were extremely professional, cordial and very helpful with all arrangements. Very grateful to them. Will definitely stay with them again.
