My stay here was reasonable. Hotel had decent breakfast spread and very good internet connection. Major advantage is it's connectivity to multiple bus and tram routes. Also the Crowne Plaza Zurich is close by to Migros super market.

We had taken a double room, but when asked for upgrade to triple there were lot of confusion at reception. They did not allow breakfast day swap with departure day and arrival days. Very expensive and not value for money
