Comfortable stay

Location ws close to airport and walkable distance to local train station. Airport shuttle was a convenient option but is not available from 1pm to 4pm & paid for it while travel-ling to hotel as reached airport pickup point after 1 pm. Room was big enough for 3 adults and had comfortable beds and had required amneities for good stay. Cleanliness was good not excellent for washroom. Had a good stay. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is well located, proximity of airport, well kept rooms, courteous staff, enjoyed the meals at the restaurant
Booked the hotel for its proximity to airport and the established brand. The hotel is close to the airport and the airport shuttle is convenient- however this is where the good part ends. Air conditioning in the room was not working and we had to change the room where the wash room was not in the best of shapes from cleanliness side- after a long trip we went in to have dinner in the hotel restaurant at around 9 pm. We were rudely told by the manager that they were fully booked and we could not get any food - on enquiring about alternative options the curt reply came to go back to the airport. We had to unfortunately go back to somehow manage a bite - so much for the service levels expected from a 4 star property. Highly disappointed - should have read the previous reviews of travellers facing similar issues that have not been addressed despite repeated assurances by the hotel management

The staff was professional and the rooms were comfortable. The amount charged for breakfast was pretty high and there were very few options for vegetarians/vegans. Overall a good experience.

Very old an aged hotel

Very sad, the hotel really needs an upgrade, also early a morning a bus was parked that made hell a lot of noise, reception staff was not really welcoming. The rooms were pretty big and the dam place is a good 30 minutes from the city, no direction was given to reach the tram station. I was told there is a gym it was more like a joke. 33 chefs for breakfast they have really lost it. The staff was really not that friendly.

Short stay at Movenpick

It is an ideal hotel near Zurich Airport for a short stay to catch the morning or afternoon flight. They provide free shuttle services every 20 minutes. Hotel is nice and the facilities are good.

Night at an airport hotel

Just had to stay there for the night to catch my flight in the morning. The shuttle service to the airport was not on time and I was in hurry.
Second the receptionist didn't seem to know very well what he was doing.
