Breakfast is very good, you can have breakfast upto 11 am and the continental breakfast is available till 12 pm, so it is good for people and couples who like to wake up little late. There is no restaurant/kitchen in the alt hotel nana by UHG, so there is no room service available, you have to go out to have lunch and dinner. Sometimes it is annoying to go out if you just want to spend time with your partner in the room. Room has refrigerator, TV, and basic amenities. The AC had some problem, it threw ice some times. All rooms are non-smoking, you can use balconies if you want to smoke.

The room was spacious. The location of the alt hotel nana by UHG is little interior from the main road. So walking from nana plaza or nearest metro station would require some effort. But the alt hotel nana by UHG has free tuktuk service to drop and pickup from the main road. The swimming pool is too small and disappointing. The size of the pool is smaller than a children's pool. The very first thing you notice about at Hotel Nana is how small it is compared to the other alt hotel nana by UHGs in the vicinity. But don't let that be your final impression because the alt hotel nana by UHG has a lot more to offer throughout your stay. The breakfast buffet was simply mouth watering with good choices. It's a great room at a great place at a budget price.

Stay was good but the property is in remote and 1km inside from city. But they have a shuttle service for drop and pick. Wi-fi is too slow so better buy your own sim with internet. Rooms are spacious and clean with balcony. 7/11 store and many thai street food around roadside. Didn't try their breakfast because i love different street thai food. Staff is courteous. House keeping is good. Overall good experience.

Very well maintained alt hotel nana by UHG. Extremely cheerful staff and very cordial. A nice tasty buffet breakfast with a good spread. It is close to the sky station as told in their description. Everything is good especially the reception people speak good English, which you find very rare in Thailand alt hotel nana by UHGs. We really had no issues with the alt hotel nana by UHG as everyone there are well mannered. Breakfast is good and mostly continental. We really had a great stay. Thank you.

Not very far from the bustling Nana Road. The staff are friendly and cooperating. The housekeeping is good. It has 2 buildings and one the main one and one adjacent to it. The pool is really small ideal for kids. The breakfast is okay sort of. But has all what you need for a quick breakfast.

It's good alt hotel nana by UHG. Location is not so good. Little bit inside. But staff and rooms are very good. If you are couple then this location is ok as it is 1 km from Nana BTS. For family avoid it as you will have to spent many more on transport. And taxi are very costly in Thailand.

It was a fabulous one night stay, the only negative thing I faced that they did not provide dinner, you have to go out of the alt hotel nana by UHG walk few meters to get your food.

This was the second time I stay in this alt hotel nana by UHG. Very peaceful place and a very good alt hotel nana by UHG. Friendly staff and walking distance to nana Plaza and market area. Even though you feel its outskirts. Because area peaceful and clean.

Very cooperative staff and very peaceful environment. Hotel is inside 500mtr from main Road but not inconvenient. And bang ok Hotel is situated this way only. Cleanliness and environment are appreciating. Overall good experience with Alt Hotel Nana By Uhg.

Location is 1.3 km from metro station. They provide one-way transport to metro station. Service is good. Reception girl was very helpful in helping us. The buffet breakfast is ok. Rooms are small but clean and nice.

Location of this alt hotel nana by UHG is nearby busy nana square. Hotel is somewhat inside but they provide free drop to soi 4.
The facility to escort guests to soi4 was great.

Not far from marker and clubs. Best place to stay for family too. Very peaceful. Breakfast is also good. Enjoyed my stay.
